Zorka Cleanliness Index is a product for the hygienic treatment of udder teats before milking with cetrimide and herbal extracts. Homogeneous gel-like liquid from light brown-yellow to light green-yellow in color.

BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

The detergents included in the product are highly effective, multifunctional and dermatologically mild.

Silver water and cetrimide have a wide spectrum of biological activity, reinforce each other's action, and provide quick and effective sanitation.

Glycerin, allantoin and a lanolin derivative support the skin's natural oil and water balance and protect it from external influences.

Extracts of oregano, mint and calendula, which are part of the product, contain substances that have a local emollient, deodorant and soothing effect.

COMPOSITION

Means for treating the udder before milking is made on silver water and is a detergent composition of cetrimide derivatives, extracts of medicinal herbs (oregano, mint, calendula), allantoin, lanolin, glycerin, a cosplex of detergent components.

PURPOSE

It can be used for animal hygiene (general udder hygiene during dry periods, udder treatment during veterinary measures, for bathing and washing animals) and for processing reusable napkins intended for udder skin care. As an alternative to drugs with chlorhexidine in the presence of microflora resistance.

If the risk of mastitis on the farm is high, it is best to use a foam or spray to clean the udder before milking. After treatment, wipe off the dirt from the udder with disposable napkins, while massaging the tip of the nipple.

To prepare working solutions, use warm water. One napkin per cow. It is not necessary to flush out working solutions additionally.

Spray treatment. Pour 5% working solution into a sprayer or apply to the teats of the udder using a sprayer or a cleaning gun. After 10-30 seconds, remove the agent from the teats with a dry disposable napkin or individual towel. Repeat the procedure if the nipples are dirty. If the level of contamination of the teats and the back of the udder is critical, a napkin soaked in working solution can be used.

Dip in detergent solution Pour 0.25% solution into a special dipping glass (preferably non-returnable), dip each udder nipple into a glass of solution. After 10-30 seconds, remove the product from the nipples with a dry disposable napkin or individual towel. Repeat the procedure if the nipples are dirty. If the level of contamination of the teats and the back of the udder is critical, a napkin soaked in working solution can be used.

Processing with napkins. Pour 0.25% solution into a bucket and soak the required number of napkins. Carefully wipe the nipples with one side of the unfolded wet napkin, squeeze the napkin and with the back, unused side, wipe the nipples dry with light turning movements from top to bottom. Place the used napkin in a container for used napkins.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

Store in closed original packaging at temperatures from plus 4 to plus 35 В° C. At temperatures less than plus 18 В° C, the product thickens without changing its properties. When frozen, it does not lose its properties and is restored when thawed.

Shelf life of Zorka means Purity index in a closed container, subject to storage conditions - 12 months from the date of manufacture.
