Zoocoumarin 1.5% dust 10kg
This product requires special training when used.
DESCRIPTION
Finely dispersed purple powder.
ACTIVE SUBSTANCE
DV: warfarin 1.5%.
PURPOSE
It is allowed to use (objects): foci of natural focal infections, built-up and undeveloped parts of settlements, including living quarters, food, children's and medical facilities (in places inaccessible to children or in their absence) for the preparation of poisoned baits in order to destroy gray and black rats.
APPLICATION
Cooking baits.
Poisoned baits are prepared on the basis of food products (grain, boiled porridge, bread crumbs, flour, etc.), to which the agent is added and thoroughly mixed so that the content of DV in the finished bait is 0.025%. To prepare 1 kg of poisoned bait, 17 g of the product is required. For the most attractive baits add 3% vegetable oil or 10% granulated sugar.
To facilitate mixing of the product with the food base, it is possible to recommend the preparation of the jelly first. To prepare jelly, 1 part of the product is poured and mixed with 1-2 parts of cold water, and then poured out and mixed with 9-8 parts of hot water, respectively. The resulting jelly is mixed with a food base in a ratio of 1: 7, i.e. to prepare 1 kg of bait, 17 g of the product or 170 ml of jelly made from it is required.
When fighting gray rats living in humid places, for better preservation of the bait, it is advisable to prepare waxed briquettes.
Application of the product in toxic coatings.
Poisonous coatings are used on built-up and undeveloped parts of settlements. The basis for such coatings is technical fat, mixed with the agent in such a way that the content of DV in the finished paste (used in the future for the manufacture of coatings) is 0.5%. For this, the working mixture is mixed with fat in a 1: 2 ratio.
In practice, to prepare 1 kg of poisonous paste, it is necessary to mix 0.33 kg of the working mixture with 0.66 kg of fat.
The poisonous paste prepared in this way is subsequently applied with a spatula in a thin layer on the vertical walls of containers for laying out baits. The containers are placed on the main routes of movement of rodents (near walls, partitions, at the entrance holes of holes). The use of containers allows you to change the placement of coatings, quickly and accurately remove the remnants of the rodenticide preparation at the end of the deratization work. Poisonous coatings can be placed on horizontal surfaces, however, it is necessary to take into account the possibility of spreading by animals of a poisonous mixture adhering to their paws or to other parts of the body or to other parts of the body and contamination of objects within 3 meters from the place of application of the poisonous coating. The attractiveness of the coating for rodents can be increased by applying grain or other objects that attract animals (seeds, cereals, pieces of cork soaked in oil), which must be pressed into the paste. Average consumption of paste 10-15 g per 0.25 m2 .
The most hygienic is to use coverings with attractive objects placed on vertical surfaces. Rodents, removing attracting objects from the poisonous paste and manipulating with them, contaminate only the front legs. In this case, the spread of the poison is minimized.
Poisonous fat-based coatings are technically effective for rodent control at temperatures from plus 5 C to plus 30 C at any humidity.
