DESCRIPTION

Rodenticidal agent Zernocin Neo is a ready-to-use poisonous bait in the form of grains or cereals, whole or crushed, or their mixture, painted in red-pink color. The use of food attractors is allowed. In laboratory conditions, with the possibility of choosing a food, the consumption of the agent, on average, is 32.9% of the daily diet of rats and 11.5% of the daily diet of mice, biological efficiency - the death of 90% of gray rats on the 4th - 14th day and 80% of house mice within 4 - 10 days.

COMPOSITION

The composition of the product includes a dye and bitterness - bitrex, necessary to prevent accidental poisoning of people. As an active ingredient (DV) contains bromadiolone - (3- [3- (4'-Bromobiphenyl-4-yl) -3-hydroxy-1-phenylpropyl] -4-hydroxycoumarin) - 0.005%.

PROPERTIES

The toxic characteristics of the agent are determined by the properties of the DV - bromadiolone. Bromadiolone is a second generation anticoagulant derived from 4-hydroxycoumarin. The biological effect of bromadiolone is based on a decrease in blood coagulability, combined with an increase in vascular permeability, which, together, leads to the development of hemorrhages and death of rodents. In terms of acute toxicity when introduced into the stomach of rodents, it belongs to extremely dangerous substances (1st hazard class according to GOST 12.1.007, LD50 for rats - 1.125 mg / kg). Possesses pronounced cumulative properties (Kkum <1). It has a skin-resorptive effect, no irritating effect on the skin, irritates the mucous membranes of the eye.

The agent, according to the degree of acute toxicity, belongs to low-hazard substances (4th hazard class, LD50 intragastrically for rats - 5000 mg / kg). The agent has a pronounced ability to cumulate with the intragastric route of admission (Kkum = 1.27-0.7). Has a skin-resorptive effect, sensitizing properties and local irritating effect in contact with the skin were not identified. Under conditions of inhalation of a vapor, the agents are of little danger in terms of the degree of volatility.

PURPOSE

The product is intended for combating gray and black rats, house mice, voles, and other mouse-like rodents by the professional contingent in the practice of medical deratization and the population in everyday life. The tool is used in built-up and undeveloped areas of settlements at objects of various categories, including industrial, food, living quarters, nurseries (in places inaccessible to children or in the absence of children, with the exception of bedrooms and playrooms) and medical institutions (including wards of medical institutions during periods of absence of patients), in warehouses for storing agricultural products, as well as in foci of natural focal infections.

MODE OF APPLICATION

The product is placed in previously identified habitats and rodents' movement: along walls, partitions, near burrows, etc., laid out in dry places under shelters (cabinets, equipment, etc.) in special containers. Placing the product in containers prevents it from being pulled away by rodents, complicates access to it for non-target animal species. In undeveloped areas, it is possible to deposit funds directly into burrows.

For the extermination of mice and voles, the agent is laid out in portions of 1-2 tablespoons (20-50 g), for the extermination of rats - 2-5 tablespoons (50-100 g).

The distance between the portions of the product is 2-15 m, depending on the clutter of the premises and the number of rodents. Portions from mice are laid out more often than from rats, placing them over the entire area of ​​the premises.

Places of the layout are inspected every 1-2 days, and then at intervals of 1 week after the layout, replenishing the eaten portions to the original or twice as large. The product that has remained intact for more than a week is transferred to other places visited by rodents. The contaminated or spoiled product is replaced with a fresh one. Work continues until the disappearance of rodents.

The corpses of rodents, and at the end of the work, the remnants of the product and containers from under it are collected for subsequent burial (the unspoiled product and containers are allowed to be reused for the same purposes).

The product can be left in places favorable for rodents in order to prevent their possible invasion and reproduction. In this case, observations must be carried out at least 2 times a month.

PRECAUTIONS

Persons at least 18 years of age who have undergone professional training and do not have medical contraindications for working with toxic drugs are allowed to work with the product.

Places of storage and use of the product should be inaccessible to children and pets (including birds) and be located separately from food, water, fodder supplies. Do not use the product near open water bodies.

Work on the packaging of the product should be carried out only in the premises designated for these purposes under traction in rubber gloves and overalls (dressing gown, headdress).

Avoid contact with skin and eyes during work. Strictly observe the rules of personal hygiene, do not smoke, do not eat. During breaks and at the end of work, overalls must be removed, hands are thoroughly washed with warm water and soap. At the end of the work, wash tables, dishes, tools, gloves used during work with 5% soda solution, and then with water. Overalls are rendered harmless by soaking in a soap and soda solution for 5-6 hours, followed by washing. The dishes and containers in which the product was stored, transported or laid out are prohibited from using for any other purpose.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

Store the product in a closed container in covered ventilated rooms at a distance of at least 1 m from heating devices, protecting it from moisture and direct sunlight. Storage temperature from minus 20 to plus 40 В° РЎ. The guaranteed shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
