Hormonal contraception.
The drug is recommended to be used for acne and seborrhea, as well as for hormone-dependent fluid retention in the body.

Inside, in the order indicated on the package, every day at about the same time, with a little water.

Take one tablet a day continuously for 21 days. Taking the tablets from the next pack begins after a 7-day break, during which menstrual bleeding usually develops (withdrawal bleeding). As a rule, it starts 2-3 days after taking the last pill and may not end before taking the pills from the new package.

- the presence of thrombosis (venous and arterial) at the present time or in history (for example, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular disorders);
- the presence at present or in the history of conditions preceding thrombosis (for example, transient cerebral circulation disorders, angina pectoris);
- diabetes mellitus with vascular complications;
- the presence of severe or multiple risk factors for venous or arterial thrombosis;
- the presence at present or in the history of severe forms of liver disease (as long as the indicators of liver function tests are not normalized);
- the presence or history of benign or malignant liver tumors;
- identified hormone-dependent malignant diseases of the genitals or mammary glands or suspicion of them;
- severe or acute renal failure;
- vaginal bleeding of unknown origin;
- pregnancy or suspicion of it;
- lactation (breastfeeding);
- hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Pharmacological action
Yarin is a low-dose monophasic combined contraceptive drug with antimineralocorticoid and antiandrogenic properties. Inhibits the secretion of gonadotropic hormones of the pituitary gland, inhibits the maturation of follicles and interferes with the ovulation process. Increases the viscosity of cervical mucus, making it difficult for sperm to enter the uterus.

Side
Effects The most commonly reported adverse reactions to YarinaЃ are nausea and breast pain. They occurred in more than 6% of women using this drug.
Arterial and venous thromboembolism are serious adverse reactions.
