DESCRIPTION

Means Vapusan 2000 R for the purposes of disinfection and pre-sterilization cleaning is a liquid of light green color, well miscible with water.

COMPOSITION

Contains alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (4.9%), alkyldimethylethylbenzylammonium chloride (4.9%) and other functional components as active ingredients; pH of the concentrate is 7.0.

PROPERTIES

Means Vapusan 2000 R has antimicrobial activity against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including mycobacterium tuberculosis), viruses, fungi of the genus Candida, dermatophytes.

The product has detergent and deodorizing properties, does not spoil the processed objects, does not discolor fabrics, does not fix organic pollution. Incompatible with soaps and anionic surfactants.

According to the degree of effect on the body when injected into the stomach and when applied to the skin, the drug Vapusan 2000 R belongs to the 4th class of low-hazard substances according to GOST 12.1.007-76, has a local irritating effect on the mucous membranes of the eyes and skin, does not have a sensitizing effect ... Solutions of the agent (0.5-3.0%)) cause dry skin only with repeated exposure. With the inhalation of working solutions in the form of an aerosol (with irrigation), irritation of the upper respiratory tract and mucous membranes of the eyes is observed; working solutions in the form of vapors do not cause this effect.

The danger of vapors of working solutions is not very pronounced (hazard class 4 in terms of volatility).

PURPOSE

Means Vapusan 2000 R is intended for: disinfection of surfaces in rooms, hard furniture, sanitary equipment, rubber mats, linen, dishes, cleaning material, patient care items for bacterial (including tuberculosis), viral and fungal (candidiasis and dermatophytosis) infections etiology in health care facilities, as well as for disinfection in children's institutions, at public catering and food trade, municipal facilities; for general cleaning; for disinfection, including combined with pre-sterilization cleaning, of medical devices made of various materials (including dental instruments, rigid and flexible endoscopes and instruments for them) in healthcare facilities;

MODE OF APPLICATION

Solutions of the Wapusan 2000 R agent are prepared in a container from any material by mixing the agent with water in accordance with the calculations given in table 1.

Solutions of the 'Vapusan 2000 R' means are used for disinfection of objects listed in clause 1.4., As well as for disinfection, including combined with pre-sterilization cleaning, of medical devices (including dental instruments, rigid and flexible endoscopes and instruments for them ).

Disinfection is carried out by means of wiping, soaking, immersion and irrigation.

Rigid furniture, floors, walls, etc., are wiped with a rag soaked in a solution of the product, at the rate of 100 ml / m2 per treatment, or irrigated with a solution of the product using a hydraulic control unit or an automax at the rate of 300 ml / m2.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

The shelf life of the product is 5 years. The shelf life of working solutions is 14 days. The concentrate retains its properties when frozen at a temperature of -20 В° C. The product is stored in hermetically sealed manufacturer's packages at temperatures from + 25 В° C to minus 20 В° C, separately from medicines, in places inaccessible to children.
