Safety requirements
4.1 To ensure electrical safety, the machine must be connected to the power supply using an individual socket with an earthing contact
4.2 It is strictly forbidden to connect the ground wire of the machine body to gas pipes, telephone lines, wires of subscriber radio outlets, etc.
4.3 Before connecting the machine to the power supply, make sure that the power supply parameters correspond to those indicated on the nameplate attached to the back of the product body. Connect only to a working power supply.
4.4 Do not grasp the power plug with wet hands or touch the control handle of the machine to avoid electric shock.
4.5 Do not allow water to enter the power cord and the socket to which the machine is connected, as well as on the control panel and the back of the machine. Moisture can cause short circuit or electric shock
4.6 Do not overload the machine with an excessive amount of poultry to avoid defective feather removal and jamming of the working disc.
4.7 Do not place objects in the working area of the machine that have come into contact with oil products, chemicals or are infected with pathogenic microorganisms.
4.8 To avoid accidents, never put your hands in the tank or touch the rotating disc of the machine while it is running.
4.9 Before carrying out any maintenance on the machine, disconnect it from the power supply.
4.10 Do not operate the machine with a damaged power cord. The power cord must be replaced by a qualified and authorized person.
4.11 Place the machine on a firm, level surface.
4.12 To avoid injuries, unload the poultry when the machine is off and the working disk of the machine is completely stopped.
Preparation for work
5.1 Before starting work, make a test run of the machine by turning the knob on the control panel to the 'On' position - the engine should start.
5.2 Before using a new machine, it is required to sanitize the working area of the machine - with a cleaning solution to remove dirt and dust formed during transportation.
Operating procedure
6.1 Preparation of poultry before processing in the machine.
6.1.1 After slaughtering the poultry carcasses, scald by repeated dipping in hot water at a temperature of 75 ... 80? РЎ for 5 seconds. (the bird must be at least 2 months old).
6.1.2 To avoid damage to the skin, the temperature and heat treatment time should not exceed the above limits. Check the degree of processing by pulling out the feather by hand, the feather should easily separate from the carcass.
6.1.3 The feet must be trimmed before placing in the machine.
6.2 Handling poultry in the machine
6.2.1 Start the machine engine by turning the handle on the control panel to the 'On' position.
6.2.2 After preliminary preparation in accordance with clause 6.1, the poultry must be placed in the machine (1 ... 2 carcasses with a total weight of no more than 1 kg).
6.2.3 While rotating the carcasses in the working area of the machine, pour them with warm water (30 ... 45 ° C) to wash off the detached feathers and control the quality of the pluck. The pen and water comes out of the machine through a tray located at the bottom of the tank on the side of the drain hose. A container must be installed in front of the tray for collecting water and remote feathering.
6.2.4 The degree of feather removal is determined visually and should be within 80 ... 95%.
6.2.5 After removing the feather, stop the machine and remove the carcass. The next cycle is repeated in the same sequence.
Maintenance
7.1 At the end of the work, unplug the machine from the mains, drain the remaining water, rinse the tank, wipe the body and panel with a soft cloth. Leave the tank open for a while to dry completely.
