Vulnuzan is a preparation of natural origin for external use, obtained by processing the mother liquor of Lake Pomorie.

It has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and tissue regeneration effect.

The mother liquor of Lake Pomorie contains macro- and microelements (magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium, chlorine, bromine, iron, manganese, copper, cobalt, iodine, molybdenum, zinc, bismuth, selenium), as well as colloids, acids, alkalis and others substances of organic origin.

Indications

purulent wounds of various origins: infected, surgical, superficial purulent processes (including pararectal and post-injection abscesses), trophic ulcers, post-traumatic and atherosclerotic wounds

medicated skin maceration

ulceration in Buerger's disease, varicose ulcers, erosion of the cervix, cracks in the nipple of the breast.

Application during pregnancy and lactation

Contraindicated in pregnancy.

The appointment of the drug during lactation is possible according to indications.

Long exposure to the sun should be avoided.

During the treatment of dental diseases, food rich in vitamins and additional intake of vitamins A and C are recommended.

Structure

1 g of topical ointment contains:

Active substance: mother liquor of Lake Pomorie 120 mg

Excipients: castor oil, tylose C-30, anhydrous lanolin, distilled water.

Method of administration and dosage

The ointment is applied in a layer 2-3 mm thick on the entire wound surface and covered with a sterile bandage on top.

When treating abscesses with a large cavity, up to 10-15 g of ointment are used.

At the beginning of the course of treatment, the dressings are changed daily, with the improvement of the wound - every other day.

In the treatment of cracks in the nipple of the mammary gland, the ointment is applied to the area of ​​the crack several times a day after feeding the baby.

In the treatment of cervical erosion, a tampon with a drug applied to it is inserted into the vagina 1 time / evening for 10-15 days.
