Glucose is a source of energy, improves the detoxification function of the liver, enhances the contractile activity of the heart muscle. The use of the drug stimulates the processes of hematopoiesis, redox reactions, normalizes metabolism, increases the nonspecific resistance of the body. INDICATIONS
It is prescribed for agricultural and domestic animals for the prevention and treatment of hypovitaminosis and protein metabolism disorders, increasing the body's resistance, as well as for intoxication.
DOSES AND METHOD OF APPLICATION
Vitamin-amino acid complex Vitam is administered to animals intramuscularly or subcutaneously. For prophylactic purposes (in the spring, during pregnancy and intensive use, during stress, during the recovery period after diseases, for newborn calves and piglets during vaccination), the drug is used in a dose of 1.5 - 2 ml per 10 kg of animal weight 2 times a week in within a month. For therapeutic purposes, Vitam is administered in a dose of 3 - 5 ml per 10 kg of animal weight 2 times a day for 3 - 5 days. In case of intoxication (poisoning with synthetic and food poisons) the vitamin-amino acid complex 'Vitam' is used in a tenfold therapeutic dosage. If the administered dose of the drug exceeds 20 ml, it is recommended to inject it with several injections at different points.
