Vishnevsky liniment, 30g

Non-infected, long-term non-healing postoperative, post-traumatic wounds of the skin and soft tissues.

Description

Liniment from light yellow to green-brown in color with a characteristic odor.

Pharmacological properties.

Combined preparation for external use. It has an antiseptic and local irritating effect, accelerates regeneration processes.

Birch tar has a keratoplastic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, local irritant effect, improves blood circulation in tissues.

Tribromophenolate bismuth and bismuth oxide complex (xeroform) has an astringent, absorbent, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic effect. When applied externally, xeroform accelerates tissue regeneration.

Indications for use

Non-infected, long-term non-healing postoperative, post-traumatic wounds of the skin and soft tissues.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to birch tar, bismuth tribromophenolate and bismuth oxide complex (xeroform) or any excipients of the drug; acute purulent diseases of the skin and soft tissues (abscessing furuncle, carbuncle, phlegmon, abscess, hydradenitis, lymphadenitis, suppurative atheroma, lipoma, paraproctitis, pleural empyema)

Application during pregnancy and during breastfeeding

The use of the drug during pregnancy is possible only in cases where the intended benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. If it is necessary to use the drug, the lactation period should decide on the termination of breastfeeding. It is necessary to consult a doctor.
