Virocid (Virocid) disinfectant concentrate 20l

DESCRIPTION

Virocid (Virocid) disinfectant for disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision and prevention of infectious animal diseases. Virocid is a transparent brown liquid with a weak specific odor, easily mixed with water in any ratio.

COMPOSITION

Virocide contains, as active ingredients, a composition of two quarters of wm: ammonium compounds (17.06% alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride and 7.8% didecyl dimethylammonium chloride), 1 O, 725% glutaraldehyde, 14.625% isopropanol, 2% turpentine derivative, and 47.79% of the buffer solvent AD-50 BP (including distilled water, ethoxylated alcohol and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid).

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

The virocide has a bactericidal effect against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (including the causative agent of tuberculosis (m. Tuberculosis) and spore-forming forms of bacteria), virucidal activity (including against the avian influenza virus, infectious anemia of chickens, infectious bursitis of chickens and reovirus infection of birds, African and classical swine fever, foot and mouth disease, porcine respiratory and reproductive syndrome, swine circovirus infection type 2 and fungicidal action (including against spore-forming forms, yeast and mold).

According to the degree of impact on the body, the agent belongs to moderately hazardous substances (hazard class 3 according to GOST 12.1.007-76). In the recommended concentrations, it does not have a local irritant and sensitizing effect. Virocid working solutions are not corrosive, do not damage the materials of the treated surfaces.

PURPOSE

Virocide is used for preventive and forced disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision, including: livestock, poultry and fur-breeding premises, technological equipment located in them, auxiliary facilities (including hatcheries, egg stores), dairy units and feed kitchens, sanitary equipment, sanitary slaughterhouses , open objects (ramps, overpasses, platforms), containers and overalls; production facilities, technological equipment and territory, enterprises of biological, food, processing industries, as well as containers and overalls; vehicles (including road, rail, water and air transport used to transport animals and poultry, as well as raw materials and products of animal origin); veterinary clinics (stations), laboratories, vivariums,

MODE OF APPLICATION

Working solutions are prepared by adding appropriate amounts of the agent to tap water at a temperature of 8-25 В° C. When calculating the concentration of working solutions, the agent is taken as 100% substance.

For prophylactic disinfection of the above objects with a smooth surface by the method of fine-drop irrigation, generating foam or wiping the disinfected surfaces, an aqueous (working) solution of Virocid is used at a concentration of 0.25% at a consumption rate of 0.25 l / m2 and an exposure time of 20 minutes.

Rough surfaces are disinfected with an aqueous (working) solution of Virocid at a concentration of 0.25% at a consumption rate of 0.35 l / m2 and an exposure time of 30 minutes.

To carry out forced disinfection (current and final) in case of infectious diseases of bacterial and viral etiology of the above objects with smooth or rough surfaces, an aqueous (working) solution of Virocid is used at a concentration of 0.5% at a consumption rate of 0.5 l / m2 and an exposure of 1 hour by the method of small-drop irrigation, generating foam or wiping the disinfected surfaces. For tuberculosis, an aqueous solution is used at a concentration of 1 to 2%, at a consumption rate of 0.5 l / m2, an exposure of 48-24 hours, respectively.

For especially dangerous infectious diseases, including African swine fever, a single treatment by irrigation with 1% Virocid solution at a consumption rate of O, 5 l / m2 with an exposure of 3 hours with a 2.0% solution of Virocid at a consumption of O, 3 l / m2 and exposure 1 hour.

Disinfection (prophylactic or forced) by aerosol spraying of the Virocid working solution in the form of a fog is carried out using a generator. Working solutions are prepared by adding appropriate amounts of the agent to tap water with a temperature of 8-25 В° C.

For tuberculosis, an aqueous solution is used. At a concentration of 1 to 2%, with a consumption rate of 0.5 l / m2, an exposure of 48-24 hours, respectively.

Disinfection (prophylactic or forced) by aerosol spraying of the Virocid working solution in the form of a fog is carried out using a generator AGUD-2, AGSF-2-5, APA-20 or other similar equipment. The solution is sprayed at the rate of 1 ml of Virocid working solution per 1m3 of the room (thermal method of crupping). For effective distribution of the active substance, Virocid should be diluted with water (1 part Virocid per 4 parts water). Working solution (20%) is sprayed with ventilation off with an exposure of 3 hours.

Local disinfection of individual stalls, free of animals, cages, pieces of equipment, inventory and surface areas is possible while ensuring intensive ventilation and the absence of people and animals in the immediate vicinity of the processed objects. Treatment should be carried out with a 0.25% solution of Virocid by spray, foam generation, soaking or by wiping the surface.

Disbarriers or disinfectants are filled with a 0.5% Virocid solution. Replace the disinfectant solution as needed, but at least once every 7 days.

PRECAUTIONS

Persons under the age of 18 and who have contraindications for working with disinfectants are not allowed to work with the Virocid disinfectant.

When preparing working solutions of Virocid, avoid getting Virocid inside the body, on the skin, in the eyes and in the respiratory system.

All work with Virocid and its solutions must be carried out in overalls (including rubber gloves, a protective mask, etc.). During work, it is forbidden to smoke, drink and eat. After finishing work, wash your hands and face with soap, rinse your mouth.

It is forbidden to use containers from the preparation for food purposes.
