Common to both dosage forms
insufficiency of cerebral circulation (the recovery period of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke);
parkinsonism of vascular origin, intoxication;
psychoorganic syndrome with a predominance of signs of asthenia and adynamia;
symptomatic treatment of vertigo;
prevention of migraine and kinetosis.
Additionally for capsules
encephalopathy of various origins, incl. with alcoholism;
brain trauma and other diseases of the central nervous system, accompanied by a decrease in intellectual and mnestic functions;
asthenic syndrome;
labyrinthopathies, Meniere's syndrome.
Additionally for film-coated tablets
chronic insufficiency of cerebral circulation of hypertensive and post-traumatic genesis;
symptomatic treatment of vertigo.
Capsules
Inside, before meals.
For patients aged 18 and over: 1-2 caps. 2-3 times a day. The last appointment is 4 hours before bedtime. Maintenance dose - 1 caps. 3 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment is from 2-3 weeks to 2-6 months. Before cancellation, the dose of the drug should be gradually reduced.
Film-coated tablets
Inside, regardless of the meal.
For patients from 18 years of age and older: 1 table. 2-3 times a day with plenty of water. The last appointment is 4 hours before bedtime. The duration of the course of treatment is from 2-3 weeks to 2-6 months. Before discontinuing the drug, it is recommended to gradually reduce the dose (it is possible to use VinpotropilЃ in another dosage form: capsules containing 5 mg of vinpocetine and 400 mg of piracetam).
The course of treatment and dosage is determined by the attending physician.

With care: impaired hemostasis, severe bleeding; benign hyperbilirubinemia (including Gilbert's syndrome); viral hepatitis; alcoholic liver damage; alcoholism; deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase; epilepsy; elderly age.
