Veracol injection 100ml
DESCRIPTION
Veracol is a complex homeopathic medicine for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Veracol is released in the form of a sterile solution for injection.
COMPOSITION
As active ingredients Veracol contains matrix tinctures of plant origin and mineral components (in 1000 ml): Veratrum album O = D1 5 nl; Acidum arsenicosum O = D2 0.5 nl; Podophyllum peltatum O 1.5 nl; Colocynthis O = D1 5 nl; as well as auxiliary components: sodium chloride - 9.0 g; water for injection up to 1000 ml.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Veracol belongs to complex homeopathic medicines. Has anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effect in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
According to the degree of effect on the body, the drug belongs to low-hazard substances (hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007-76), does not have a local irritant and sensitizing effect.
INDICATIONS
Veracol is prescribed to small domestic and farm animals for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, including gastritis, gastroenteritis, dyspepsia, food toxicoinfection.
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
Veracol is administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously 2-3 times a day for 5-10 days.
A single dose of Veracol per animal is:
horses - 8-10 ml;
cattle, pigs - 5 ml;
pigs - 3 ml;
calves, piglets - 2.5 ml;
sheep, goats - 3 ml;
dogs 1 ml / 10 kg of animal weight;
cats 0.5-1 ml.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
The peculiarities of the action of the drug during its first use and cancellation have not been established.
Avoid gaps in the introduction of the next dose of the drug, as this can lead to a decrease in therapeutic efficacy. If one dose is missed, it is necessary to enter it as soon as possible. Further, the interval until the next administration of the drug does not change.
The use of Veracol does not exclude the use of other drugs for etiotropic, pathogenetic and symptomatic therapy. Animal products during and after Veracol application can be used without restrictions.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
A contraindication to the use of a drug is the individual hypersensitivity of the animal to its components.
SIDE EFFECTS
When using Veracol in accordance with this instruction, side effects and complications, as a rule, are not noted. With increased individual sensitivity of the animal in case of allergic reactions, the use of the drug is discontinued and antihistamines are prescribed, (3-adrenergic agonists, corticosteroids or other symptomatic treatment.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
Store Veracol in a dry, dark place and out of reach of children at a temperature from 0 В° C to 25 В° C.
The shelf life of Veracol, subject to storage conditions, is 3 years from the date of manufacture (solution for injection), 5 years (tablets). It is forbidden to use Veracol after its expiration date.
PACKAGING
Veracol is produced packaged in 100 ml in glass vials of appropriate capacity, hermetically sealed and rolled with aluminum caps.
