Herbal remedy, has a sedative and antispasmodic (in relation to the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract) action.
Facilitates the onset of natural sleep. Sedation occurs slowly, but fairly stable.
Also has a choleretic effect, increases the secretion of the glands of the gastrointestinal tract.
Indications
Increased nervous irritability.
Insomnia (violation of falling asleep).
As part of complex therapy: functional disorders of the cardiovascular system.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Children under 12 years old.
Congenital fructose intolerance.

Special instructions
Patients with diabetes should be aware that the carbohydrate content in a single dose of the drug (1 tablet) corresponds to 0.01 XE, in a daily dose (3 tablets) - 0.03 XE. You should not take the drug for more than 1.5-2 months daily.

During the period of baking the drug, care must be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially dangerous activities that require an increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

1 tablet contains:
Active ingredient: valerian thick extract 40.0 mg.
Excipients: sucrose 126.0 mg, potato starch 36.0 mg, magnesium hydroxycarbonate 100.0 mg, sodium carboxymethyl starch 12.0 mg, magnesium stearate 6.0 mg.
Shell composition: hypromellose 8.2 mg, quinoline yellow dye 0.24 mg, polysorbate-80 1.6 mg, titanium dioxide 3.96 mg.
Dosage and Administration
Inside.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 tablet 3 times a day after meals. The duration of therapy is 2-4 weeks.
Repeated courses of treatment may be prescribed by a doctor.
Side effects
Possible: lethargy, muscle weakness, drowsiness, depression, decreased performance (especially when used in high doses).
For prolonged use: constipation.
In some cases: the development of allergic reactions.
