Pharmacological action
Soothing collection No. 3 - a sedative of plant origin.
Infusion collection has a sedative (sedative), antispasmodic effect.
Indications
Increased nervous irritability, sleep disturbances, early stages of arterial hypertension, gastrointestinal spasms (as part of complex therapy).
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the drug,

Composition
Motherwort herb 25%,
oregano herb 25%,
thyme grass 25%,
valerian rhizomes with roots 17%,
melilot grass 8%.
Dosage and administration
Two tablespoons of the raw material are placed in glass or enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes, periodically pressing the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them.
The volume of the resulting infusion was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take inside 1/3 cup 4 times a day 20-30 minutes before meals.
The course of treatment is 10-14 days, the interval between courses of treatment is 10 days.
Shake the infusion before use.
Side effects
Allergic reactions possible.
Drug Interactions
Enhances the effect of sleeping pills and other drugs that inhibit the central nervous system.
Overdose
Muscle weakness, drowsiness, poor performance are possible with prolonged use at doses in excess of the recommended dose.
