The vaccine against transmissible gastroenteritis and swine rotavirus disease is inactivated. The dosage form is an emulsion for injection. In appearance, the vaccine is a homogeneous oily liquid of white or pale pink color. During storage of the vaccine, slight exfoliation of the oil is allowed (no more than 10% by volume), which, when shaken, turns into a homogeneous emulsion.

BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
The inactivated vaccine against transmissible gastroenteritis and swine rotavirus disease belongs to the clinical and pharmacological group: vaccines, serums, phages and toxoids.
The vaccine induces the formation of an immune response in pigs to transmissible gastroenteritis and rotavirus disease 10-15 days after the second vaccination, which persists in the offspring during the sucking period, in adult animals - for 6 months. The vaccine is harmless and has no medicinal properties.
PURPOSE
The vaccine is intended for the prophylactic immunization of pigs against transmissible gastroenteritis and swine rotavirus disease (white diarrhea of three-week-old piglets).
APPLICATION
Before use in the cold season, the vaccine is heated to a temperature of 36-38 В° C. Before use and during use, the vials with the vaccine are shaken until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
The main sows are vaccinated on the 70-75th and 90-95th days of gestation. First farrowing sows are additionally vaccinated with the vaccine 1-2 weeks before insemination. The vaccine is injected intramuscularly into the neck. A single dose of the vaccine is 2 ml. Boars-producers are vaccinated intramuscularly once in a dose of 3 ml and revaccinated every 6 months.
Vaccination is carried out in compliance with generally accepted rules of asepsis; only sterile materials and instruments are used for injection. A separate needle is used for each animal.
SIDE EFFECTS
When using the vaccine in accordance with this instruction, side effects and complications, as a rule, are not noted. At the site of vaccine administration in animals, a gradually disappearing swelling (2x3 cm) may appear.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Clinically sick and suspicious animals are not subject to vaccination. Sows are not subject to vaccination after the 95th day of gestation.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Symptoms of transmissible gastroenteritis, rotavirus disease or other pathological signs were not detected in case of an overdose of the vaccine.
The vaccine is not used in the same syringe with other biological products and drugs.
The peculiarities of the post-vaccination reaction during the primary, re-vaccination and revaccination have not been established.
Violations of the vaccination schedule should be avoided, as this can lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of immunoprophylaxis for TGS and swine rotavirus disease. In case of skipping the repeated administration of the vaccine, it is necessary to immunize as soon as possible.
Slaughter of animals for meat is allowed no earlier than three weeks after vaccination, the meat of vaccinated animals is used without restrictions.
