Univerm 150g

DESCRIPTION

Univerm is a drug for the treatment of nematodes and arachno-entomoses in cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, rabbits, fur animals, wild animals and birds.

In appearance, it is a uniform gray powder with a weak specific odor.

COMPOSITION

Aversectin C 20% technical concentrate (active ingredient), polyethylene oxide, filter pearlite powder.

BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Univerm has an antiparasitic effect on nematodes, larvae of hypodermic, nasopharyngeal, gastric gadflies, lice, lice and sarcoptic mites. The drug disrupts the transmission of nerve impulses, which leads to paralysis and death of the parasite.

The drug is low-toxic when administered orally and dermally; in terms of inhalation toxicity, it belongs to the second hazard class; in recommended doses does not have a sensitizing, embryotoxic, teratogenic and mutagenic effect.

PURPOSE

The tool is used for arachno-entomoses and nematodes of cattle, sheep, goats, camels, bison, pigs, horses, fur animals, rabbits, chickens and geese.

APPLICATION

The drug is administered to animals and birds by the group method of treatment mixed with dry or moist food in the morning feeding for 2, 3 or 7 consecutive days at the doses indicated in the table:

A feed mixer is used to ensure complete mixing of the feed and feed components. If it is not there, then the calculated amount of the drug is thoroughly mixed with a small amount of compound feed, another part of the feed is added and thoroughly mixed. The total dose of feed with the drug should not exceed half of the prescribed amount for the diet.

Before mass treatments, each batch of the department is tested on a small group of animals (10-15 heads) of different ages and fatness. In the absence of signs of complications within 3 days after giving the drug, they begin to process the entire livestock.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

There are no contraindications for use with other drugs and supplements. Milking animals, as well as females, two weeks before giving birth and within 2 weeks after them, cannot be processed. Laying hens cannot be processed.

SIDE EFFECTS

In recommended doses and frequency, the drug has no side effects.

Slaughter of cattle, sheep, goats, pigs and horses for meat is allowed no earlier than 14 days, and rabbits 10 days after processing. Slaughter of birds for meat is allowed 5 days after processing. In the event of the forced slaughter of an earlier established date, meat, as well as eggs, are used as feed for animals or for processing into meat and bone meal.

PRECAUTIONS

Treatment with the drug is carried out in overalls (cotton robe or overalls, rubber gloves, gas and dust filter respirators of the RU-60 or RU-60 Mu type (cartridge A).

Do not smoke, drink or eat while working.

After work, take off your clothes, wash your face and hands with soap.

It is forbidden to use containers from the preparation for food purposes.

FIRST AID MEASURES

If the drug gets on the skin, wash it off with soap and water; in case of contact with eyes, rinse with water; in case of ingestion through the respiratory system, remove the victim to fresh air; if it enters the stomach - give a few glasses of warm water to drink, induce vomiting, if necessary, consult a doctor (with you have a container label or recommendations for use).

STORAGE

The drug is stored in the manufacturer's packaging in dry, clean and ventilated rooms, protected from atmospheric precipitation and light at temperatures from minus 20 В° C to 30 В° C. The shelf life of the drug, subject to storage conditions, is 3 years from the date of manufacture.
