The drug is intended for external use.
Used in adults and children from 1 year old.
Shake the can before use. Spray the drug on the affected skin area from a distance of 15 cm 2-3 times a day until a clinical effect is achieved. For treatment with the preparation of the scalp, an additional nozzle is attached. It is advisable to continue using the drug for one week after the symptoms disappear.
Duration of treatment for:

psoriasis 1Ц1.5 months, repeated courses - when signs of exacerbation appear;

atopic dermatitis 3-4 weeks;

seborrheic dermatitis 2 weeks.

excipients: sodium lauryl sulfate - 0.030 g, isopropyl myristate - 20.214 g, colloidal silicon dioxide (aerosil) - 0.453 g, dexpanthenol (D-Panthenol) - 0.181 g, polysorbate-80 (tween-80) - 0.151 g, ethanol 70% ( ethyl alcohol 70%) - 9.081 g, tetrafluoroethane (freon 134a) - up to 35,000 g.

Pharmacological action
Pyrithione zinc has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal activity. The antibacterial activity of zinc pyrithione is manifested against a number of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus spp.). Zinc pyrithione reduces the intracellular level of ATP, promotes depolarization of cell membranes, causing the death of fungi and bacteria. Antifungal activity is especially pronounced when acting on Pityrosporum ovale and Pityrosporum orbiculare, which cause inflammation and excessive flaking in dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis and other skin diseases. The mechanism of anti-inflammatory action has not been studied.

Pharmacokinetics
When applied externally, pyrithione zinc is deposited in the epidermis and superficial layers of the dermis. Systemic absorption is negligible. The drug is found in the blood in trace amounts.

Side effects
The drug is usually well tolerated. Rarely - allergic reactions. In the first days of treatment, a short-term burning sensation is possible at the site of application of the drug, which, as a rule, does not require its cancellation.

Overdose
To date, no cases of zinc pyrithione overdose have been reported.

Interaction with other drugs
No clinically significant interaction of zinc pyrithione with other drugs has been identified.
