Pharmacological action
Trypsin - proteolytic.
Pharmacodynamics
Optimum action at pH 7–9. When applied topically, it has anti-inflammatory, regenerative and necrolytic effects. It lyses necrotic tissues and fibrotic formations, promotes rejection of necrotic tissues, dilutes pus and facilitates its separation, improves the process of wound regeneration. It does not cause changes in the hemostatic system. In relation to healthy tissues, it is inactive and safe due to the presence of trypsin inhibitors (specific and non-specific) in them.
Indications
Bronchiectatic disease,
lung abscesses,
pleural effusion,
postoperative atelectasis,
empyema of the pleura
treatment of purulent wounds and burns
chronic purulent otitis,
purulent sinusitis,
sinusitis
acute thrombophlebitis,
acute and chronic odontogenic osteomyelitis splerodiosis, acute edema of periorbital tissues after injuries and operations,
obstruction of the tear ducts.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity,
heart failure,
pulmonary emphysema with respiratory failure,
decompensated form of pulmonary tuberculosis,
dystrophy and liver cirrhosis,
infectious hepatitis sarditis, srdlitis, srd
Use during pregnancy and lactation
It is possible only if the expected benefit for the woman outweighs the possible risk for both the woman and the baby.
Composition
1 vial contains:
Active ingredient: trypsin (cattle pancreas) 10 mg.
Side effects
Allergic reactions.
fever, tachycardia.
Soreness and hyperemia at the injection site with intramuscular injection.
When trypsin is inhaled, irritation of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract and hoarseness of the voice may appear.
Drug Interaction
Only when inhaled can bronchodilators and antibiotics be added to the solution.
Storage Conditions
In a dark place at a temperature not exceeding 10 РC.
