Pharmacological action
Adrianol is a vasoconstrictor drug for local use in ENT practice. Phenylephrine and tramazoline have a vasoconstrictor effect, which leads to a decrease in swelling of the nasal mucosa. The drug normalizes breathing, reduces pressure in the paranasal sinuses and middle ear.
The viscous consistency of the solution increases the duration of the drug and protects the nasal mucosa from drying out.
Indications
acute and chronic rhinitis
sinusitis
diagnostic procedures and surgical procedures (as an auxiliary decongestant).
Contraindications

glaucoma
severe kidney damage
