Excipients (core): hypromellose - 93.0 mg, cellulose

- Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug Trimetazidine;
- Renal failure (creatinine clearance below 15 ml / min);
- Severe liver dysfunction;
- Pregnancy;
- Breastfeeding period:

Pharmacological action
Trimetazidine has an antihypoxic effect.

Contraindications

Side effects

Often: abdominal pain, diarrhea, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting.
General disorders:
Often: asthenia.
From the side of the central nervous system:
Often: dizziness, headache.
Very rare: extrapyramidal disorders (tremor, rigidity, akinesia), reversible after drug withdrawal.
On the part of the skin:
Often: skin rash, itching, urticaria.
From the side of the cardiovascular system:
Rarely: orthostatic hypotension, 'hot flushes' of blood to the skin of the face.
