DESCRIPTION
Travmol-forte (TgavС€ol-foРіte) is a veterinary drug for dogs, cats and farm animals as an anesthetic. In appearance, the drug is a sterile transparent yellowish liquid.
COMPOSITION
The drug in its composition contains potentiated hydroalcoholic homeopathic substances: mountain arnica (ashisa shoptapa) D2 - 4 Cl \ 113, St. John's wort (hypegicum pegfshatum) D2 - 2 cm3, marsh wild rosemary (ledum palustge) DZ - 2 cm3, symphyttС€1 officipale) D3 - 2 cm3, odorous rue (gt1ta gl '' aveoleps) D3 -2 cm3, sodium chloride - 0.9 g, water for injection - up to 100 g.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Travmol-forte belongs to the combined homeopathic veterinary drugs.
The homeopathic components included in the preparation have anti-inflammatory (decongestant and analgesic) effects in open and closed injuries of various organs and tissues.
Mountain arnica. The main active ingredient - arnicin has a vasoconstrictor, hemostatic and wound healing effect in soft tissue injuries.
Marsh rosemary contains essential oils: ice, palustrol (imol, geranyl acetate. Which have an antiseptic and wound-healing effect in puncture and laceration wounds.
St. John's wort contains flavonoids (hyperoside, rutin, quercitrin, isoquercitrin and quercetin), which have an antiseptic and analgesic effect in traumatic lesions of the central and peripheral nervous system and in tissue damage rich in sensitive nerve endings.
Comfrey medicinal. The main active ingredient, allantoin, has a regenerating, wound and bone healing effect.
Ruta odorous contains the alkaloid rutin, which has a wound-healing effect in injuries of the joints and tendon-ligamentous apparatus.
The active components that make up traumola-forte have a synergistic effect.
PURPOSE
Travmol-forte is used for dogs, cats and farm animals as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and wound healing agent for injuries (puncture cut and lacerated wounds, bruises, muscle and ligament sprains).
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
Traumol-forte is used subcutaneously or intramuscularly with an interval of 12-24 hours at the following dosage: dogs and cats 0.1 cm3 / l kg of animal weight, pigs -1.0 cm3 / 50 kg of animal weight, cattle -1.0 cm3 / 100 kg of weight animal, horse -1.0 cm3 / 100 kg of animal weight.
The course of treatment is from 1 to 5 days.
For external localized injuries, such as cut, stab, lacerated or surgical wounds, bruises, hematomas, traumol-forte is used subcutaneously around the damaged area within healthy tissues.
With extensive external injuries or with injuries of internal organs, traumol-forte is used intramuscularly.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Skipping the use of the next dose of the drug should be avoided, as this can lead to a decrease in therapeutic efficacy. If one or more doses of the drug are missed, treatment must be resumed as soon as possible in the prescribed dose and regimen.
The use of traumola-forte does not exclude the use of symptomatic and pathogenetic therapy.
Livestock products during the treatment period and after the use of the drug are allowed to be used without restrictions.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Contraindications for the use of the drug have not been established.
SIDE EFFECTS
When using traumola-forte in accordance with the instructions, no side reactions and complications are observed. In case of allergic reactions, the use of the drug is discontinued and, if necessary, antihistamines (diphenhydramine), calcium preparations are prescribed, symptomatic treatment is carried out.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
The drug is stored in the manufacturer's sealed packaging, in places inaccessible to children, separately from food and feed, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at temperatures from + 5 В° C to + 25 В° C.
The shelf life of the drug, subject to storage and transportation conditions, is 2 years from the date of production. The shelf life of the drug after opening the bottle is no more than 48 hours. Travmol-forte must not be used after the expiration date.
PACKAGING
Travmol-forte is produced in 20 ml packs in dark glass vials of the corresponding capacity, sealed with rubber stoppers, reinforced with aluminum caps. Vials of 20 ml are packed in individual cardboard boxes. Each packing unit is supplied with instructions for use.
