DESCRIPTION

Trapkoll (TRAPCOLL) glue for trapping rodents - glue for trapping rodents and insects. The glue is a colorless transparent sticky mass that does not contain insecticide.

COMPOSITION

The composition of the glue includes: polybutylene - 80.83%, polyisobugylene - 9.60%, cyclosane - 9.57%.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

The glue has a long-term fixing effect on rodents and insects.

According to the degree of impact on the body of a warm-blooded animal in accordance with GOST 12.1.007-76, Trapcoll glue belongs to the 4th class of low-hazard drugs. Trapcoll glue does not pose an inhalation hazard and does not have a local irritant effect on the skin. MPC in the air of the working area for polybutylene and polyisobuylene - 100 mg / m3, vapor, hazard class 4, MPC for hexane in the air in the working area - 300 mr / m3 (hazard class 4), MPCm.r. in the ambient air of populated areas - 60 mt / m3 (hazard class 4).

PURPOSE

Trapkoll glue is intended for the destruction of rodents by trapping house mice, young rats (weighing up to 100 g) and voles, inside residential and non-residential buildings, in garden plots, including in places where the use of pesticides is undesirable, and insects ( winged flies, cockroaches, etc.) in premises for various purposes: residential, children's, industrial, treatment and prophylactic, food, specialists who have the right to engage in disinfection activities and for use by the population in everyday life (in accordance with the label for everyday life).

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

Destruction of rodents. Trapcoll glue is a mechanical rodent exterminator. Glue Trapcoll is most effective against house mice and voles. Rats (weighing up to 100 g) reliably adhere to it, but show alertness, and therefore, when fighting rats, glue can be used as an additional means of extermination.

To kill rodents, glue is applied in a thin layer to paper, plastic and other smooth substrates. The adhesion of the product becomes irreversible, 30 minutes after it is applied to the substrates.

To destroy mice and voles, use a substrate (thick paper, plastic wrap, cardboard, hardboard) with a size of at least lOx25cm; the width of the adhesive strip is 1-2 cm, there should be a distance of 3-5 cm between the strips. To fight rats, the substrate should be stable, 25x30 cm in size; the width of the adhesive strip is 3-5 cm, between the strips is 5-10 cm. A bait is placed in the middle of the substrate.

Substrates are placed in previously identified rodent habitats along walls, partitions, near burrows, etc. They are laid out under shelters (cabinets, leaning boards, etc.) or using special containers (bait boxes, drainage pipes, trays, boxes, etc.) ... This reduces glue contamination and makes it difficult for non-target animal species to access the glue. The distance between the places of laying out the substrates with glue is 3-15 m, depending on the litter of the premises, the number and distribution of rodents.

The unfolded adhesive substrates are periodically inspected to collect adhered animals and to replace damaged (littered) substrates with new ones. If the substrate with glue is not visited by rodents for more than 1O days, it is transferred to another place.

At the end of the work, the substrates are collected for subsequent disposal.

Destruction of insects. Elimination of winged flies. For the destruction of winged flies indoors, mainly mechanical methods of control are used (sticky sheets, Velcro, glue traps).

For the manufacture of sticky sheets, both for the destruction of flies and for counting their number, thick paper, cardboard or waxed paper (10 x 15) cm in size is used.

Glue is applied in a thin layer on sheets of paper at the rate of 2 g of glue per sheet. Sheets are laid out at the rate of 3-5 sheets per 1Om2 of floor area, in places most visited by flies (on window sills, cabinets, tables, shelves, etc.), sticky sheets can be hung (to lampshades, walls, etc. using adhesive plaster or adhesive tape ). Replacement of sheets is carried out as they are filled with flies or dry. The used sheets are thrown into the bin.

Extermination of cockroaches. For the destruction of synanthropic cockroaches and for accounting for their number, sticky sheets are prepared in the same way as for the destruction of flies and at the same rate of glue consumption per sheet.

Sticky sheets are placed mainly in dark places and laid out on a horizontal surface, in places of concentration and movement of cockroaches. Sticky sheets, if necessary, can be fixed vertically on the wall by gluing it with adhesive plaster or adhesive tape. To attract cockroaches, a food bait can be placed on the surface of a sticky sheet - a piece of wheat bread (1x2) cm in size, moistened with sunflower oil.

Stir sticky sheets in places where cockroaches are most common: along 11 skirtings, under sinks, under the bathroom, on shelves, under the refrigerator, near the entry and exit points of heating and plumbing pipes, in sinks, in cracks (walls, etc.). Lay out sticky sheets at the rate of 3-5 sheets per 10 m: 2 floor area.

As the sheets of the cockroach fill up, they are thrown into the bin and replaced with new ones.

PRECAUTIONS

To avoid contamination of the skin of the hands, it is recommended to use rubber gloves when preparing the adhesive sheets.

After finishing work with adhesive surfaces, wash your hands with warm water and soap.

If the glue comes into contact with the skin, moisten a cotton swab with kerosene, gasoline or acetone and wash off the glue from the skin surface. Then wash your hands with soap and water.
