COMPOSITION
As an active ingredient, the agent contains methomyl (1%) from the carbamaton group, as well as cystricose (0.25%) - the sex pheromone of flies, which attracts insects to the granules. The presence of sugar in the composition contributes to the willing long-term contact of flies with the bait, and the bitter component of Bitrex protects it from being eaten by birds and pets.
PROPERTIES
Insecticidal agent Kapkan effect-flies do not have an acute insecticidal effect against imago flies and retains its activity for 2-3 months.
According to the parameters of acute toxicity according to GOST 12.1.007-76, with a single injection into the stomach, the agent belongs to the III class of moderately hazardous, and when applied to intact skin - IV class of low hazard agents. Vapors in conditions of saturating concentrations are of low hazard according to the Criteria for the selection of pest control agents; according to the limiting hazard criterion - the zone of acute and subacute biocidal action of the vapor, in accordance with the Classification of the degree of hazard of disinsection agents, they belong to the IV class of low-hazard substances. With a single application to intact skin of rats and rabbits, no local irritating effect was detected. There are no sensitizing and skin resorptive effects. When it comes into contact with the mucous membranes of the rabbit's eyes, it has a pronounced irritant effect.
PURPOSE
The insecticidal agent Kapkan effect-flies is not intended for the destruction of flies on objects of various types, including medical, children's, food, in compliance with the rules for placing the bait and constant monitoring of its condition (absence of scattered granules and finding them outside the bait station, the number of eaten granules, contaminated surfaces etc.). If there are children at the facilities, the bait should be laid out with extreme caution, without attracting their attention and placed in those places that are difficult for them to access. The tool is recommended for use by the personnel of organizations entitled to engage in disinfection activities, and by the population in everyday life.
MODE OF APPLICATION
To kill adult flies, the granules are laid out on substrates (lid, saucer, which are not used as food) at the rate of 2.5 g per bait station, designed for an area of ​​1 m2.
Bait stations are placed in places of the greatest accumulation of flies: near cutting tables in restaurants, cafes, canteens, places for cooking, packing, hanging, in kitchens of apartments in residential buildings, on terraces, etc.
The support with granules during the period of its action can be rearranged to other places, placing it where the greatest number of flies is observed.
The granules can be moistened with water until a paste is formed, which is applied to places of possible landing of flies: frame joints, door partitions, window panes, etc.
Repeated treatments are carried out according to entomological indications: with the accumulation of flies or their constant flight into the room.
PRECAUTIONS
The bait should be laid out in trays or on special non-food substrates, placing them so that they do not fall into the field of view of children.
Avoid contact of granules with unprotected hands.
For repeated use - more than one pack per day - it is recommended to protect the skin of the hands with rubber gloves.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
Store in a dry covered warehouse in a closed container at a temperature not lower than minus 1 В° РЎ and not higher than plus 40 В° РЎ. In everyday life - separate from food, in places inaccessible to children and pets. Shelf life: 3 years in unopened original packaging.
