DESCRIPTION
Rodenticidal agent Trap-dough-paste from rodents with strawberry flavor is a ready-to-use agent in the form of a red doughy paste.
COMPOSITION
Contains as active ingredient (DV) brodifacum in an amount of 0.005%, as well as flavoring, red dye, bitrex (bitter component), which protects the bait from being eaten by pets, and food fillers.
PROPERTIES

The agent has a high rodenticidal activity for gray, black and water rats and house mice: the death of gray rats occurs after 4-14 days (6.4 on average), water rats - after 5-7 days (6.5 on average), mice - after 4-9 days (6.2 on average), although they receive a lethal dose within 1-2 days.
The composition of the drug according to the parameters of acute toxicity when administered into the stomach belongs to the IV class of low-hazard drugs according to the Classification of toxicity and hazard of rodenticides. Based on the type of preparative form, there is no real danger of local irritant and skin resorptive action. When rats and mice enter the body, an anticoagulant effect is manifested: a violation of blood clotting with the manifestation of bleeding and hemorrhage.
The active ingredient - brodifacum belongs to the I class of extremely dangerous substances according to GOST 12.1.007-76. LD50 is 0.25 -0.62 mg / kg when administered to the stomach of rats; mice, 0.4 mg / kg. When applied to the skin of rabbits, the LD50 is 0.25-0.62 mg / kg; rats -3.2-5.2 mg / kg. Has a pronounced cumulative effect, when applied to the skin again, it exhibits a skin-resorptive effect; local irritant properties are poorly expressed.
PURPOSE
The product is intended for the destruction of rats (gray, black and water) and house mice by personnel of organizations authorized to engage in disinfection activities. For the destruction of rats and mice, the agent is used in residential premises, at objects of various categories, including food, medical and children's (in places not accessible to children), in non-residential dry and damp rooms, underground structures, basements, cellars, sewers.
MODE OF APPLICATION
The location of the bait and its consumption depend on the station where the animals live and its number (Table).

The bait is placed in places where traces of the vital activity of rodents (gnaws, droppings) are found: on the paths of movement, along walls, partitions, near holes. Lay out the bait in dry places under shelters (cabinets, equipment, etc.) in adapted containers (bait boxes, drainage pipes, trays, boxes, etc.) or in special containers. The latter is preferable because increase the eatability of the product, preventing it from being taken away by rodents, and also complicate access to the bait for non-target species of animals.
The bait is laid out in 30-50 g treatment for rats and 10-20 g for mice.
The distance between the bait placement points is 2-15 m, depending on the number of rodents. Lures from mice are laid out more often than from rats, placing them throughout the entire volume of the premises.
The laid out bait is examined for the first 1-2 days after laying, and then with an interval of 1 week. The portions eaten are replaced with new ones. Portions left untouched by rats or mice for more than a week are transferred to other places visited by rodents.
Contaminated or spoiled bait is replaced with a new one. Work is carried out until the disappearance of rodents.
The bait for water rats is laid out for 15-30 years near the exit from the holes, in the sewer network, in cellars, underground structures where this species can live.
The corpses of rodents, and at the end of the work, the remains of the bait and containers from under it are collected for subsequent disposal in accordance with existing legislation.
The bait can be left in places favorable for habitat and movement of rodents in order to prevent their possible introduction and increase in numbers. In this case, e observations must be carried out at least 2 times a month.
PRECAUTIONS
Persons who have undergone special instruction, at least 8 years old and who do not suffer from blood diseases are allowed to work with the product.
When working with the product, do not touch it with unprotected hands, use gloves for laying out or packing. All manipulations should be performed in overalls (robe). When working, you must follow the rules of personal hygiene, do not smoke, do not eat. Wash hands and face thoroughly with warm water and soap during breaks and after work.
The product should be laid out and stored in places inaccessible to children, pets, including birds, separate from food, fodder and water. The agent should be stored in an undamaged container with a label in a special locker or in warehouses adapted for storing rodenticides, recording its arrival and consumption. During storage and transportation, the packages must be tightly closed and have a label. Do not keep the product near strong smelling chemicals.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
Storage should be carried out in a dry covered warehouse in a closed container at temperatures from zero to plus 30 В° C, separately from feed and fodder. Shelf life -2 years in unopened manufacturer's packaging.
PACKAGING
The product is packaged in polymer buckets of 10 kg.
