Behavioral disorders (agitation, aggressiveness), especially in patients with alcoholism; pain (intense, intractable); dyskinesia (spontaneous, late, Huntington's chorea).

Inside, with movement disorders - 300-800 mg / day; for behavioral disorders - for adults - 200-300 mg / day for 1-2 months, if necessary, repeat the course; children over 7 years old - 100-150 mg / day in 2-3 doses, if necessary, the dose is increased - up to 300 mg / day; intractable pain - 200Ц400 mg / day by mouth or the contents of 2Ц4 ampoules i / m or i / v. In case of delirious (preliminous) state - i / m or i / v every 4-6 hours in a daily dose of 400-1200 mg (up to 1800 mg) (contents of 4-12 ampoules). Daily doses should be reduced depending on Cl creatinine.

Hypersensitivity, pheochromocytoma (including presumed), pregnancy, breastfeeding.
