By inserting certain nebulizers into the nebulizer chamber (the cup where we pour the medicine), you can get an aerosol with the optimal particle size to allow the maximum amount of aerosol medicine to enter specific parts of the respiratory tract.

The choice of nebulizer should be made according to the following therapeutic recommendations.

Treatment of the upper respiratory tract - piston A, where the aerodynamic particle size is 5-10 microns.

Treatment of the tracheal - bronchial tract - piston B, where the aerodynamic particle size is 2 - 5 microns.

Treatment of the deep location of the respiratory tract - piston C, where the aerodynamic particle size is 1 - 3 microns.
