COMPOSITION AND FORM OF ISSUE

Antibacterial preparation, which is a homogeneous powder of light yellow color. The drug is produced in the form of a sterile powder packaged in 5.0 g in sterile vials made of neutral glass, sealed with rubber stoppers and rolled in aluminum caps.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Streptocid has a pronounced effect against streptococci, staphylococci, Escherichia coli and some other bacteria. Methyluracil stimulates erythro- and leukopoiesis, accelerates cellular regeneration processes, accelerates wound healing, stimulates cellular and humoral defense factors. Xeroform has an astringent, drying and antiseptic effect.

According to the degree of impact on the body, tetracyclines are classified as low-hazard substances (hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007).

APPLICATION

Tetratsilin is used to treat aseptic and purulent wounds, bedsores, and to prevent postoperative complications in animals.

For the treatment of aseptic and purulent wounds, pressure ulcers, the drug is applied in a thin uniform layer to the affected surface once a day for 7-10 days.

For the prevention of postoperative complications, the drug is applied in an even layer to the wound surface after surgery.

SIDE EFFECTS

The drug in the recommended doses does not cause side effects and complications.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

No contraindications to the use of the drug have been established. Meat and milk obtained from animals during the period of treatment with Tetratsilinom AF are used for food without restrictions.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Store the drug with caution (list B) in a dry, dark place at a temperature of 0 В° C to 30 В° C. The shelf life of the drug, subject to storage conditions, is 2 years from the date of manufacture. It is forbidden to use the drug after its expiration date.
