Pharmacodynamics:
Broad spectrum bacteriostatic antibiotic from the tetracyclines group. Violates the formation of a complex between the transport RNA and the ribosome, which leads to a violation of protein synthesis. Active against Propionibacterium acne (Corynebacterium acne) gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.
Pharmacokinetics:
When applied to intact skin, it is practically not absorbed.
