Pharmacological action
The drug TeraflexЃ Hondrocrem Forte has a combined effect: it slows down the progression of osteoarthritis and osteochondrosis, has an analgesic effect, helps to increase the range of motion of the joints (in the area of ??applying the cream), has an anti-inflammatory effect, reduces swelling of the joints. Thanks to the optimal combination of the components of the cream, there is a mutual enhancement of their analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Chondroitin sulfate is a high molecular weight mucopolysaccharide that is a natural component of cartilage tissue. Chondroitin sulfate improves calcium-phosphorus metabolism in cartilage tissue, inhibits enzymes that cause damage to cartilage tissue, inhibits the processes of degeneration (destruction) of cartilage tissue.
Meloxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that has anti-inflammatory, analgesic effects. Meloxicam is a chondroneutral drug that does not adversely affect cartilage tissue, does not affect proteoglycan synthesis by articular cartilage chondrocytes.
