Essential hypertension (prevention and treatment).
In cases where therapy with a separate active substance in order to normalize blood pressure is insufficient or for a more convenient prescription of drugs, the doses of which were selected during separate therapy.
Inside, before breakfast, without chewing and drinking a sufficient amount of liquid, the initial dose is 1 table. (50 mg + 12.5 mg) per day. If necessary, the dose is increased to 1 table. (50 mg + 12.5 mg) 2 times a day or up to 1 table. (100 mg + 25 mg) per day.
In patients with impaired renal function, the dose of the drug should be reduced.
Cancellation of the drug after prolonged treatment should be carried out, if possible, gradually.

Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug, acute and chronic heart failure, sick sinus syndrome, severe bradycardia, AV block II and III degrees, severe arterial hypotension, peripheral blood supply disturbances, concomitant use of MAO inhibitors (except for taking MAO inhibitors of type B) , bronchial asthma and severe forms of chronic obstructive bronchitis, hypokalemia, hyponatremia, hypercalcemia, gout, pregnancy, breastfeeding, childhood.
