Taufon gentle tear solution ophthalmic, 10ml

- ensuring a comfortable state of the eyes, moisturizing and eliminating the discomfort that occurs when wearing soft and hard contact lenses;

- protection of the cornea, elimination of discomfort and irritation of the eyes with reduced secretion of tear fluid, prolonged eye strain (working at a computer, driving a car, watching TV, reading, etc.), as well as from the effects of adverse environmental factors (air conditioning, negative climatic conditions, air pollution, etc.);

- use in the complex therapy of eye diseases, accompanied by a violation of the stability of the tear film (with deformities of the eyelids, lagophthalmos, after operations on the eyelids, 'dry eye' syndrome, etc.);

- protection of the cornea and relief of discomfort after surgery, injuries and burns of the cornea and conjunctiva.

Taufon ophthalmic solution gentle tear, 2 drops in each eye as needed.

The frequency and duration of use is set individually depending on the sensations or according to the recommendations of an ophthalmologist or contact lens specialist.

Tilt your head back a little, slightly pull the lower eyelid with your finger, drip 2 drops of the solution into the conjunctival sac, blink 2-3 times so that the solution is evenly distributed over the surface of the eye.

Recommendations for wearing contact lenses:

When wearing soft and hard contact lenses, you can instill a Taufon ophthalmic solution into the conjunctival sac without removing the lenses.

For additional comfort, it is recommended to apply 1-2 drops of the solution to each lens before putting on contact lenses.

Hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) 2.5 mg

Excipients: sodium chloride, sodium acetate anhydrous, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid EDTA, chlorhexidine bigluconate, highly purified water, hydrochloric acid 10% or sodium hydroxide 40% to pH 6.2 - 7.0

Description

Taufon ophthalmic solution, a gentle tear, ensures long-term maintenance of a protective film on the surface of the eye, which has moisturizing and softening properties.

The lacrimal fluid plays an important role in maintaining the healthy surface of the eye. Normally, the tear film covers the surface of the eye in a continuous layer, protects the cornea and conjunctiva from drying out and damage, promotes nutrition, ensuring their normal functioning and clear vision. Under the influence of various factors, the stability of the tear film can be disrupted, which is manifested by sensations of dryness, burning, foreign body and fatigue in the eyes, irritation and redness of the eyes, in some cases and lacrimation.

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, which is part of the composition, restores, stabilizes and reproduces the optical characteristics of the tear film, eliminates the symptoms of excessive dryness and irritation of the eyes.

Side effects

In the case of combined use with ophthalmic drugs, it is recommended to observe a pause of at least 10 minutes between the instillation of eye drops and the use of Taufon ophthalmic solution, a gentle tear.

Special instructions

The bottle should not be used if the protective membrane of the dropper bottle cap is damaged or completely missing before the first use.

Before each use, empty the first drop of the product without using it.

To avoid infection, do not allow the dropper tip to come in contact with your eyes or any other surface.

Close the dropper bottle tightly with the cap after each use.

The solution is intended for individual use only: it is not allowed to use one bottle by more than one person.
