hearing impairment, ringing in the ears, dizziness and coordination disorders, predominantly of vascular origin;
Raynaud's disease and syndrome.
Inside, during meals.
1 table. or 1 ml of solution 3 times a day. The oral solution should be pre-dissolved in 1/2 glass of water. The tablets must be taken with 1/2 glass of water.
When taking the drug in the form of a solution for oral administration, use the supplied pipette-dispenser (1 dose = 1 ml of solution).
The minimum course of treatment is 3Ц6 months. For tablets, the course of treatment is at least 3 months. An increase in the duration and repeated courses of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.

hypersensitivity to any component of the drug;
erosive gastritis in the acute stage;
peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute stage;
acute disorders of cerebral circulation;
acute myocardial infarction;
decreased blood clotting;
pregnancy;
lactation period;
age up to 18 years.
Since the drug in the form of tablets contains lactose, it should not be prescribed to patients with congenital galactosemia, glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome, lactose intolerance or lactase deficiency.
Since the drug in the form of a solution contains 0.45 g of ethyl alcohol per dose (one dose), it should be prescribed with caution to patients with alcoholism, liver diseases, TBI and brain diseases.
Pharmacological action
Tanakan is a herbal preparation. Improves cerebral and peripheral circulation.
Indications
Cognitive and sensorineural deficits of various origins (with the exception of Alzheimer's disease and dementia of various etiologies); intermittent claudication in chronic obliterating arteriopathy of the lower extremities (grade 2 according to Fontaine); visual impairment of vascular origin, decrease in its acuity; hearing impairment, tinnitus, dizziness and coordination disorders, predominantly of vascular origin; Raynaud's disease and syndrome.
Contraindications
Erosive gastritis in the exacerbation phase, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the exacerbation phase, acute cerebrovascular accident, acute myocardial infarction, decreased blood clotting, children under 18 years of age, pregnancy, lactation period, hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Care should be taken to prescribe the solution to patients with alcoholism, liver diseases, traumatic brain injuries and brain diseases, since the drug in the form of a solution contains 450 mg of ethyl alcohol per 1 dose (1 dose).
Dosage and administration
Solution for oral administration should be dissolved in half a glass of water. When taking the drug in the form of a solution for oral administration, use the supplied pipette-dispenser (1 dose = 1 ml of solution).

Side effects
Allergic reactions: redness, skin rash, swelling, itching, urticaria.
From the side of the blood coagulation system: decreased blood clotting and the possibility of bleeding (with prolonged use).
Dermatological reactions: eczema.
From the side of the central nervous system: headache, dizziness, tinnitus.
From the digestive system: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, diarrhea.
In the event of adverse reactions, the patient should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.
Overdose
Currently, no cases of overdose have been reported.
