DESCRIPTION

Sulfochlorantin-D is a disinfectant for disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision and prevention of infectious animal diseases.

The product is a free-flowing powder from white to light yellow with a chlorine smell. Easily soluble in water, water solutions are colorless, transparent.

COMPOSITION

Disinfectant in powder form containing dichlorantin (l, 3-dichloro-5.5dimethylhydantoin) as an active ingredient - 22.5% (active chlorine 15.5%), and as auxiliary components 5,5-dimethylhydantoin, sodium tripolyphosphate , sulfonol, sodium chloride.

BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

The product has antimicrobial action against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including tuberculosis pathogens, as well as viruses and fungi. The mechanism of action of Sulfochlorantin-D is determined by the oxidizing properties of active chlorine, leading to the death of a microbial cell.

According to the degree of impact on the body, Sulfochlorantin-D belongs to moderately hazardous substances (hazard class 3 according to GOST 12.1.007-76).

Working solutions at a concentration of more than 0.375% (in terms of active chlorine) cause skin irritation with repeated applications, have a moderate irritating effect on the mucous membranes of the eyes. It has no sensitizing, cumulative and skin-resorptive effect. Irritating to upper respiratory tract and eye mucous membranes when sprayed.

PURPOSE

The tool is used for preventive and forced disinfection: livestock, including poultry, fur-breeding premises, technological equipment and inventory for animal care located in them; production facilities and technological equipment at enterprises of the meat and poultry processing industry and workshops for the processing of slaughter products, halls of sanitary slaughterhouses and slaughterhouses, dairy blocks at dairy farms, as well as disinfection of the egg shell surface; road transport and other types of vehicles used for the transportation of animals and products of animal origin, as well as open objects (ramps, overpasses, platforms, playgrounds) and places of accumulation of animals (markets, exhibitions, sports grounds, etc.); premises for keeping animals, technological equipment and inventory in zoos, circuses, nurseries, vivariums, veterinary clinics and hospitals; overalls for personnel serving objects of veterinary supervision.

APPLICATION

Disinfection is carried out with working solutions of Sulfochlorantin-D by means of fine-drop irrigation of the surfaces of premises and elements of technological equipment in the absence of animals and products of animal origin using disinfectants DUK-l, DUK-IM, AVD-l; UDP-M, LSD-3M, LSDEP and others after thorough mechanical cleaning and washing of surfaces, as well as by soaking, dipping, rinsing and wiping.

The presence of organic contaminants on the disinfected surface reduces the disinfection activity of the drug. When preparing objects for disinfection, it is necessary to carry out their thorough mechanical cleaning and washing. Sulfochlorantin-D has a washing and whitening effect. Working solutions are prepared in enamel, glass or polymer containers by dissolving the required amount of Sulfochlorantin-D in water. To accelerate the dissolution, use warm (up to 45 В° C) water.

Consumption rate for ready-made solutions: Preventive and forced (current and final) disinfection of livestock (poultry, fur farming) premises and equipment for infectious diseases of bacterial and viral etiology, the causative agents of which, in terms of resistance to chemical disinfectants, belong to the 1st (unstable microorganisms) group is carried out 2% solution at a consumption rate of 0.5 l / sq.m. and exposure for 3 hours.

In infectious diseases, the causative agents of which, in terms of resistance to disinfectants, belong to the 2nd (resistant microorganisms) group, disinfection is carried out with a 3% solution at the rate of 0.5 l / m2. and exposure 3 h.

With tuberculosis and paratuberculous enteritis (the 3rd group of highly resistant microorganisms, current disinfection is carried out with a 5% solution, once at a consumption rate of 0.5 l / m2 and an exposure of 12 hours;

Preventive disinfection of the surfaces of the premises of hatcheries, incubation and hatchers, halls for inoculation of poultry is carried out with a 0.5% solution at the rate of 0.25-0.3 l / m2. and exposure 30 min.

Final - 5% solution, twice with an interval of 1-2 hours at a flow rate of 0.5 l / m2. at each irrigation and exposure 24 hours after the last treatment.

Forced (current and final) disinfection is carried out with 1% solution at a consumption rate of 0.25-0.3 l / sq. and exposure 1 h.

STORAGE

Store in closed manufacturer's packaging, in a well-ventilated warehouse, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature not exceeding + 40 В° C. The shelf life, subject to storage conditions, is 3 years from the date of manufacture. Working solutions retain their activity for 14 days.
