Pharmacological action of
Sulfanilamide preparation. Streptocide has an antimicrobial bacteriostatic effect. Active against gram-positive and gram-negative cocci, Escherichia coli, Shigella spp., Vibrio cholerae, Clostridium perfringens, Bacillus anthracis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Yersinia pestis, Chlamydia spp., Actinomyces israeliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiondiiii When applied to damaged skin accelerates wound healing and epithelization of erosion.
Indications
Infected superficial wounds of various etiologies and burns (I and II st), folliculitis, boils, carbuncles, acne vulgaris, impetigo, erysipelas and other infectious and inflammatory processes of the skin.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity,
liver disease in the active phase (including a persistent increase in the activity of “liver” transaminases, as well as any increase in the activity of “liver” transaminases in blood serum by more than 3 times compared with the upper limit of normal) ,
severe renal dysfunction (CC, pregnancy, renal / liver failure, congenital deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, azotemia, porphyria, pregnancy, lactation.
Special instructions
A plentiful alkaline drink is recommended during therapy.
Dosage and administration
Apply directly to the affected surface. Dressings are performed in 1-2 days.
Side effects
Allergic reactions, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, cyanosis, leukopenia, agranulocytosis, crystalluria are possible.
Drug Interactions
Myelotoxic drugs enhance the hematotoxicity of the drug.
Overdose
Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, intestinal colic, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, depression, fainting, confusion, blurred vision, fever, hematuria, crystalluria with prolonged overdose - thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, leukopenia, leukopenia.
Treatment: Drinking plenty of water with accidental ingestion - gastric lavage.
Storage conditions
