Locally.
Adults and children over 6 years of age: Dissolve one tablet every 2-3 hours. Do not exceed 8 tablets in a 24 hour period.
Do not exceed the indicated dose.
The duration of the course of treatment is no more than 3 days. If symptoms persist after taking the drug for 3 days, you must stop treatment and consult a doctor.
One lozenge contains active ingredients: 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2 mg, amylmetacresol 0.6 mg;
Excipients: lozenges [honey-lemon]: tartaric acid 26 mg, honey 125.6 mg, peppermint oil 0.62 mg, lemon oil (not containing terpenes) 2.03 mg, quinoline yellow dye (E104) 0.099 mg, sugar syrup [sucrose, water], liquid dextrose [dextrose, oligo- and polysaccharides] until a tablet weighing 2.6 g is obtained.

Pharmacology.
2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol is a benzene derivative, antiseptic. Amylmetacresol is a phenol derivative, antiseptic. The mechanism of action of 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol and amylmetacresol is associated with the coagulation of proteins of microbial and fungal cells, as well as with interaction with lipids of cell membranes, which determines the effectiveness against pathogens. The drug has an antiseptic effect in infectious and inflammatory diseases, is active against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms in vitro, has antimycotic (antifungal) effect and antiviral effect in vitro. The drug has a soothing effect on the oral mucosa and reduces irritation and sore throat, including when swallowing and speaking.The drug reduces the intensity of the sore throat 5 minutes after the start of resorption. The analgesic effect lasts up to 2 hours. A pronounced analgesic effect in comparison with placebo is observed with a course of application of the drug for 3 days.
Pharmacokinetics:
2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol is metabolized in the liver and excreted by the kidneys. There are no data on the metabolism of amylmetacresol.
Special instructions:
It is recommended to take the drug in the shortest possible course and in the minimum effective dose necessary to eliminate symptoms. Patients with diabetes should take into account that each tablet contains about 2.6 g of sugar (0.22 XE). If symptoms persist, or if you have a fever or headache, you should see your doctor. The drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms, as well as to engage in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
Side effect:
Immune system disorders
Frequency unknown: hypersensitivity reactions.
Gastrointestinal disorders
Frequency not known: nausea, abdominal pain, discomfort in the mouth (burning or tingling sensation, swelling).
Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders
Frequency not known: rash.

Overdose:
It is unlikely, a possible overdose may lead to discomfort from the gastrointestinal tract: nausea. Treatment: symptomatic under medical supervision.
Interaction with other medicinal products:
No clinically significant interactions with other drugs have been identified. Simultaneous use of the drug with other local antimicrobial agents is possible.
