Locally.
To use spray: remove cap, lift up spray.
Holding the bottle upright, direct it to the area of ??inflammation and spray into the mouth.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: irrigate the inflamed area by pressing twice on the head of the bottle (one dose).
If necessary, repeat the procedure every 2 hours, no more than 8 times within 24 hours.
Do not exceed the indicated dose.
The duration of the course of treatment is no more than 3 days.
If symptoms persist after taking the drug for 3 days, you must stop treatment and consult a doctor.

Pharmacology.
The drug has an antiseptic effect, is active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms in vitro, has an antimycotic effect. It also has a local anesthetic and anti-edema effect.
Special instructions:
It is recommended to take the drug in the shortest possible course and in the minimum effective dose necessary to eliminate symptoms. The spray should not be inhaled. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not open the bottle, do not heat. With a possible loss of sensitivity of the tongue, it is recommended to be careful when taking hot food and water, possibly biting the tongue and lips. If symptoms persist, or if you have a fever or headache, you should see your doctor. The drug does not contain sucrose, so it can be used by patients with diabetes mellitus. The drug contains a small amount of ethanol 96%: 0.0847 g in a single dose (two clicks on the valve) and 0.677 g in the maximum daily dose.

Overdose:
Unlikely, possible overdose could result in upper digestive tract anesthesia. It should be borne in mind that intoxication with high doses of lidocaine can lead to hypotension, asystole, bradycardia, apnea (respiratory arrest), convulsions, coma, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest and death. Treatment: symptomatic under medical supervision.
Interaction with other medicinal products:
The effect of locally applied lidocaine can be enhanced when the drug is used simultaneously with erythromycin, itraconazole, cimetidine, fluvoxamine, beta-blockers, and other antiarrhythmic agents, for example, mexiletine.
