Eye drops Gilan Ultra Comfort - moisturizing solution for topical use in ophthalmology. A colorless, slightly viscous, odorless liquid.

Pharmacological action

Gilan Ultra Comfort is a local ophthalmic preparation that reproduces the action of tear fluid, moisturizes and protects the surface of the eye, lubricates it.

Has a long-term effect, facilitating the manifestation of dry eyes, which is caused by a violation of the tear film, tear secretion, exposure to environmental factors (climate systems, central heating, fluorescent lamps, cold, wind, dust, smoke), prolonged computer work, the use of anti-inflammatory or vasoconstrictive eye drops, as well as age-related changes.

Indications

dry eye syndrome, which requires additional hydration of the conjunctiva and cornea, severe xerosis

Sjögren’s syndrome

the need to eliminate dryness, sensation of sand in the eyes, burning, lacrimation, itching, redness, eye fatigue, which arose as a result of past diseases, including conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis

in combination with the treatment of acute bleeding increased dryness of the eyes in the case of the systematic use of such drugs as anti-inflammatory, hormonal agents,

antibiotics in the complex oh therapy syndrome of "dry eye", which occurs when constant use of cosmetics, after suffering plastic surgery of the face

Composition of

The preparation contains the following components:

sodium hyaluronate 0.3%,

sorbitol,

disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate,

sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate,

water for injection.

Dosage and administration

Eye drops Gilan Ultra Comfort are instilled in the conjunctival sac in an amount of 1-2 drops, permissible use up to six times a day.

The contents of one dropper tube are for one use only. If an unused solution remains, it must be disposed of immediately.

Side effects

There may be a sensation of adhesion of the eyelids, which occurs due to the high viscosity of the solution.

This does not require discontinuation of the drug. It is extremely rare that allergic reactions are recorded when using this drug.
