Aerosol: spray on the affected skin from a distance of 15 cm 2-3 times a day until a clinical effect is achieved. To achieve a lasting effect, it is recommended to continue using the drug for 1 week after the symptoms disappear. A special nozzle is attached to treat the scalp with a drug. The course of treatment for psoriasis is 1-1.5 months, for atopic dermatitis - 3-4 weeks.
The method of administration and doses for children do not differ from those for adults.
If necessary, you can repeat the course of treatment after 1Ц1.5 months, after consulting a doctor.
Cream: after vigorous shaking, apply a thin layer to the affected skin 2 times a day. The course of treatment for psoriasis is 1-1.5 months, for atopic dermatitis - 3-4 weeks.

Shampoo: Before use, shake the bottle vigorously, apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair and massage the scalp, then rinse hair and reapply the shampoo. Leave the shampoo on the hair for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Apply 2-3 times a week for the first 2 weeks. The course of treatment for psoriasis is 5 weeks, for seborrhea - 2 weeks.
During the period of remission, the shampoo can be used 1Ц2 times a week as a means of preventing relapse.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
The drug Sin-cap with antibacterial and antifungal action has an antiproliferative effect on the cells of the epidermis. Suppresses the pathological growth of cells in the surface layers of the skin and thereby eliminates excessive flaking in psoriasis and other skin diseases. At the same time, in therapeutic concentrations, the drug does not have an inhibitory effect on normally functioning cells.
Active against Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus spp. Antifungal activity is especially pronounced against Pytyrosporum ovale and Pytyrosporum orbiculare, which cause inflammation and excessive desquamation in skin diseases.
The molecular mechanism of action of the drug is based on the ability of the ionophore Zn2 + zinc pyrithione to induce translocation and activation of protein kinase C, providing cellular responses mediated by protein kinase C.
When applied externally, zinc pyrithione is deposited in the epidermis and surface layers of the dermis. Systemic absorption is slow. It is found in the blood in trace amounts.
