Acute and chronic sinusitis, accompanied by the formation of a viscous secretion.

Inside, after diluting in a small amount of water.

Adults: 50 drops, 3 times a day.

School-age children: 25 drops, 3 times a day. Children from 2 to 6 years old: 15 drops, 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 7-14 days.

SinupretЃ has a secretolytic, secretomotor, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, moderate antibacterial, antiviral effect. Promotes the outflow of exudate from the paranasal sinuses and upper respiratory tract, preventing the development of complications.

Application during pregnancy and lactation

The use of SinupretЃ during pregnancy is possible only as directed by a doctor; taking SinupretЃ drops, due to the alcohol content, should only be done if SinupretЃ drops cannot be taken. The drug is not recommended to be taken during breastfeeding (due to the lack of experience in its clinical use).

Side effects

Allergic reactions (skin rash, skin redness, itching, angioedema, shortness of breath), gastrointestinal disorders (epigastric pain, nausea) are possible. If side effects appear, you should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.

Overdose

In case of overdose, it is possible to increase the severity of dose-dependent side effects. Treatment is symptomatic.

Interaction with other medicinal products

The combination with antibacterial drugs is possible and advisable. Interaction with other drugs is not known to date.

The preparation contains 16.0 - 19.0% ethanol (in volume ratio). The bottle should be kept upright during use. During storage of SinupretЃ drops, slight turbidity or slight precipitation may occur, which does not affect the effectiveness of the drug. When used in recommended doses, the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and work with mechanisms that require increased attention. Shake well before use!
