Prevention and treatment of various forms of diseases and conditions caused by the above pathogens:

Polyvalent pyobacteriophage is used depending on the nature of the focus of infection: locally in the form of rinsing, irrigation, lotions; intracavity for introduction into the cavity of wounds, abscesses, abdominal, pleural, for injecting phlegmon, introduction into the nasal cavity, nasal sinuses, middle ear cavity, bladder, uterus, vagina. In addition, the drug is taken orally, administered through a tube, and also in the form of high enemas.

The duration of the course of treatment with polyvalent pyobacteriophage is from 5 to 15 days; apply 1-3 times a day.

The dose is determined individually. Repeated courses of treatment are possible.

For pyelonephritis, enterocolitis, cholecystitis, intestinal dysbiosis, any purulent-septic diseases of various localization - per os, in liquid form, 5Ц20 ml 3 times a day for 10Ц15 days.

In case of indomitable vomiting and in children of the first year of life, it is possible to additionally introduce polyvalent Piobacteriophage through a probe, in the form of high enemas in a dose of 3-5 ml daily for 5-7 days.

Locally, polyvalent pyobacteriophage is used in the form of irrigation, lotions and tamponing in an amount of up to 200 ml, taking into account the size of the affected area.

Intracavitary - 5-30 ml.

In case of abscesses, the amount of polyvalent pyobacteriophage administered should be slightly less than the volume of removed pus; appoint 1-3 times a day, course - 5-15 days.

In proctology, for preoperative preparation, polyvalent pyobacteriophage is used in the form of drop enemas (100-200 ml, 60 drops per minute).

For infections of ENT organs: intracavitary - 2Ц20 ml 1Ц3 times a day.

In the treatment of omphalitis, pyoderma of newborns: in the form of applications, lotions daily 2 times a day for 5-7 days.

When ingested liquid form, children over 3 years old and adults should take a solution of baking soda (0.5 teaspoon per 0.5 glass of water).

With local application of polyvalent Pyobacteriophage, if chemical antiseptics were used to treat wounds (with the exception of furacilin), the wound should be washed with sterile saline sodium chloride solution or 2-3% soda solution.
