CHARACTERISTIC

A fast-growing tree, at home it reaches a height of 50 m, the crown is pyramidal, in free standing branches go straight from the ground; the bark is dark ash-gray, wrinkled, peeling off in plates; branches are horizontal, spreading, upper ones are raised. Young shoots are naked, slightly resinous, darken with age. The buds are cylindrical-pin-shaped, 6-8 mm long, free or resinous scales. The needles are bluish-silvery, thin and sharp, 16-20 cm long, collected in 5 and kept on the branches for 3-4 years; on young shoots they are often erect, hanging on old ones. Cones on a 2-5 cm shank are erect at first, later drooping, light brown, 30 cm long, often with resinous streaks.

MODE OF APPLICATION
Place the seeds on a tray lid and soak them in water at room temperature for 3 days, remembering to change the water once a day. After soaking, move the seeds to a clean surface and drain the water by releasing the pan cover.
Pour expanded clay on the bottom of the plastic pot, and on top pour fertile soil, leaving a small amount of earth in the bag.
Place the pot on a tray lid. Excess water when watering through the drainage holes in the pot will accumulate on the lid.
Sprinkle generously with room temperature water.
Spread the seeds evenly over the soil surface.
Sprinkle the seeds with a layer of the remaining fertile soil (3-5 mm) and compact it slightly.
Pour water at room temperature again and cover with transparent plastic, airing once a day.
Keep fertile soil moist at all times. During the period of seed germination, it is better to use a spray bottle for watering.
Choose a place that is well lit by the sun for your pet. A window sill not on the south side is ideal to exclude prolonged direct sunlight. The optimal temperature regime is 20-25 В° C.
Be patient, seedlings will appear within 15-40 days. Remove the plastic after emergence.
