DESCRIPTION

Sanoril CIP VS is an alkaline agent for sanitizing equipment, implements and containers in the dairy industry. It is an alkaline transparent liquid from colorless to light yellow (opalescence is allowed) with a characteristic smell of chlorine, well miscible with water in any ratio.

COMPOSITION

The product contains caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite and complexing agents. The pH value of a 1% solution at a temperature of 20 В° C is 12.0 В± 1.0 units. The density of the concentrate is 1, 12-1, 15 g / cm3. Mass fraction of active chlorine - 2.0-4.5%.

PROPERTIES

Working solutions of the product effectively remove organic contaminants. The presence of sodium hypochlorite (active chlorine) in the composition of the product allows to enhance the quality of alkaline washing by increasing the hydrolyzing ability in relation to protein-fat fractions of contaminants and to obtain good results in microbiological evaluation.

PURPOSE

The product can be used in conditions of high water hardness. Mixing of concentrate and working solutions with other products is not allowed; release of poisonous gases is possible on contact with acids.

The sanitary treatment of equipment, inventory, containers and surfaces of industrial premises should be carried out by personnel trained and instructed in the safe handling of detergents and disinfectants, as well as with equipment for washing systems and objects being washed.

MODE OF APPLICATION

The tool is recommended mainly for SIP-processing (circulation, mechanized method). CIP-washing provides for the recirculation of the working solution in the washing system (circuit) at a certain speed and kinetic energy for a specified time and temperature, while maintaining the concentration in an automatic mode.

With the mechanized method, it is recommended to prepare a working solution with a concentration close to the upper limit of the permissible range, but if the solution is diluted below the permissible concentration, then its concentration must be adjusted (replenishment), carried out during CIP processing in an automatic mode.

Working solutions of the agent can be used for manual processing by methods of immersion, soaking, wiping, irrigation.

The manual method of processing provides for repeated application (at least 10 times per minute) of the working solution on the treated surface of the equipment and wiping it with brushes and brushes, ensuring uniform wetting of the surface and the constant presence of detergent on it or multiple (at least 15 once a minute) wiping with brushes and brushes when immersed in a cleaning solution of dismountable parts and equipment assemblies.

Stainless chromium-nickel steel is resistant to working solutions of the agent; Before processing surfaces made of low-carbon steel and aluminum alloys, it is necessary to check them for resistance to the action of working solutions of the preparation.

Working solutions of the agent of the required concentration are prepared with the necessary care from the concentrate by dissolving in water with a temperature of 15-35 В° C.

To prepare working solutions, water is poured into the container and then the concentrate of the agent is added to it in the amount necessary to obtain the required concentration.

Sanitary treatment of tank equipment is carried out after each emptying, and pipelines, pumps and milk meters - at the end of the technological process.

Before washing, product residues, mechanical impurities are removed from the surfaces of equipment, containers and pipelines and rinsed with water.

Modes of using the agent for cleaning various types of equipment are shown in Table 1.

Concentrations in working solutions are given for the preparation and depend on the degree of contamination of the equipment. The concentrations of the agent indicated in the table are given by weight and depend on the degree of contamination of the equipment.

The duration of the recirculation of cleaning solutions depends on the type of washing station, the length of pipelines, speed, turbulence and kinetic energy of the flow, the size of the object being treated, as well as its distance from the washing station.

Sanitary treatment of tank cars, reservoirs (containers, tanks), pipelines, pumps.

Sanitary treatment of these types of equipment is carried out after each emptying, mainly by the CIP-washing method (circulation method).

Disconnect the object to be processed from the main line to prevent water and cleaning solutions from entering the product, open the hatch, drain the remains of the product stored in the container, into a tank or flask, disassemble the taps on the pipeline, test taps and measuring glass taps.

Sanitary treatment of filters, milk purifiers-separators, bactofuges, homogenizers, coolers (capacitive, plate, tubular).

Washing milk separators, bactofuges, coolers, etc. carried out at increased concentrations of SANORIL CIP VS (manually in case of violation of the normalization and milk purification regime); in this case, disassembly is carried out according to the instructions for servicing these types of equipment.

PRECAUTIONS

Working solutions of alkaline and acidic detergents of the required concentrations are prepared with the observance of the necessary precautions from the concentrates by dissolving them in water with a temperature of 15 В° C to 35 В° C.

Persons at least 18 years of age who do not have medical contraindications for this work, do not suffer from allergic diseases, who have been instructed in first aid in case of accidental poisoning, are allowed to work with detergents and disinfectants.

When working with detergents and disinfectants, it is necessary to follow the safety rules formulated in the standard instructions, in accordance with the instructions for washing and preventive disinfection at the dairy industry.

When sanitizing equipment with an electric drive, it is necessary to hang signs on the starting devices with the inscription Do not turn on - people are working!

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

It is necessary to store the product in a dark, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and away from acids, alkalis, heavy metal components, reducing and organic substances, strong oxidants at temperatures from 0 В° C to + 25 В° C, separately from food in places inaccessible to persons who are not bound by job descriptions with the conduct of sanitary and hygienic measures at the enterprise.
