DESCRIPTION

Sanoril CIP B is an alkaline detergent for sanitizing objects and surfaces in the dairy industry. The product is a transparent viscous liquid, odorless, mixes well with water.

COMPOSITION

The composition of the product includes an optimally selected mixture of wetting agents and detergents, complexing agents, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide. The total alkali content in the preparation is not less than 21%.

PROPERTIES

Does not chemically oxidize or polymerize. Biodegradable. It does not form toxic compounds in the air and wastewater. No special methods of neutralizing or destroying the detergent are required. Refers to non-toxic and fire and explosion-proof products. The pH of a 1% solution is 12.5 В± 0.5 log. units

PURPOSE

The product is recommended to be used for washing and sanitizing food equipment (milk storage tanks, pipelines, production equipment, cooling tanks, devices for processing and storing oil and oil and fat products, filling equipment). It can be used for washing ceramic, metal, glass dishes in everyday life and at catering establishments.

The product is used by the method of soaking, manual and automatic washing.

MODE OF APPLICATION

Working solutions of the agent are prepared by diluting a certain amount of the concentrate in water and stirring, while first pouring water into the container, and then adding the concentrate (table 1). In the case of a mechanized (machine) wash, a concentrated form of detergent is added directly to the washer or to the machine using a dosing pump. Solutions are prepared in containers made of a material such as plastic, stainless steel, enamelled containers.

For the preparation of working washing solutions, as well as for rinsing, it is necessary to use water that meets the requirements of SanPiN 2.1.4.1074-01 “Drinking water. General requirements for the organization and methods of control. '

Preparation of working solutions of a given concentration is carried out in accordance with the calculations by the formula: K = V * C \ 100 (l, ml), where K is the amount of detergent concentrate (l, ml); V is the volume of the working solution (l, ml); РЎ - required concentration of detergent (%); Calculation of the amount of water (B) required to prepare the working solution: B = VK (l, ml).

Working solutions of the agent are used for alkaline cleaning of various surfaces, technological equipment, containers, inventory, floors, walls in production workshops and back rooms of food production.

Sanitary washing of equipment and surfaces of premises is carried out in accordance with the current industry SanPiNs and instructions in accordance with the modes set out in Table 2.

Note: The optimal parameters and washing modes are selected in each specific case, depending on the degree and nature of contamination, the type of equipment and washing methods.

Carry out mechanical cleaning of the treated surface from residues of raw materials and contaminants.

Rinse the surface with hot or cold water.

Carry out alkaline cleaning of food equipment, containers, containers, inventory and surfaces of industrial premises with a working solution of a detergent in a mechanized or manual way.

Hand wash. A working solution with a temperature of 40-50 ° C of a detergent in a concentration of 0.5% is applied to the surface to be treated. With the help of brushes and sponges, the dirt on the surface of objects is washed off. This treatment lasts 10–20 minutes, after which the product is thoroughly washed off with warm tap water.

Immersion washing. Small parts are processed by immersion in a container with a working solution at a temperature of 50-80? C of a detergent with a concentration of 1.0-3.0% (depending on the degree of contamination) by means. Soak for 10-15 minutes, rinse with a brush, then drain the contaminated solution, and thoroughly rinse the parts and surface of the equipment with warm tap water from a hose to remove the residues of the cleaning solution.

Automatic car wash. When using an automated washing, a working solution of the agent is used in a concentration of 0.8-2.0% (depending on the degree of pollution). The washing procedure is specified in the instructions for this type of production equipment.

PRECAUTIONS

At each site, sanitation is carried out by specially designated personnel.

Allowed to work are workers at least 18 years old who do not have medical contraindications for this work, do not suffer from allergic diseases, who have been instructed in the safe work with detergents and disinfectants and first aid in case of accidental poisoning.

When working, it is necessary to avoid contact of the concentrate on the skin and eyes. Work must be carried out with protection of the body (overalls), legs (rubber boots), skin of hands (rubber gloves), in addition, when spraying the product, use respiratory protection - universal respirators of the RPG-67 type.

When working with products, you should follow the rules of personal hygiene. It is forbidden to smoke, drink, eat.

In the department for the preparation of washing and disinfecting solutions, it is necessary: ​​to post instructions for preparing working solutions, rules for disinfection and cleaning of equipment, instructions and posters on the safe operation of washing equipment.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

The product should be stored in closed packaging in covered rooms at a distance of at least one meter from heating systems or outdoors in the absence of direct sunlight at temperatures from -10 В° C to + 40 В° C.

The guaranteed shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.

The shelf life of working solutions at room temperature is no more than 7 days in closed stainless, plastic, glass or enamel containers. Store in a place protected from direct sunlight and heat.
