Outwardly, 5-10 g (1-2 tsp) ointments are applied in parts to the area of ??painful areas and rubbed into the skin 1 time / day, with severe pain - 2 times / day until the pain syndrome disappears, but no more than 10 days without consulting a doctor.
Common viper venom - 5 mouse units of action, salicylic acid - 1 g, synthetic camphor - 3 g, gum turpentine - 3 g. Excipients - emulsifier No. 1 (Lanette SX) - 8 g, solid oil paraffins - 3 g, medical petroleum jelly - 7 g, glycerol (glycerin) - 2 g, sodium chloride solution for infusion isotonic 0.9% - 8 g, water for injection up to 100 g.

Pharmacological properties
Has a local irritant and analgesic effect. The neurotropic component of snake venom, which is part of the composition, has an analgesic effect; an enzymatic component with hyaluronidase activity accelerates the healing process. It irritates sensitive receptors of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, dilates blood vessels, and improves tissue trophism.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, skin diseases (including allergic and pustular, violation of the integrity of the skin at the site of application of the drug), active pulmonary tuberculosis, feverish conditions, general exhaustion, severe cerebral and coronary circulation, tendency to angiospasm, severe hepatic or renal failure, pregnancy, breastfeeding period, salicylate intolerance, children under 6 years of age.

Children's age from 6 to 18 years (the need to use the drug in children is determined by the doctor individually). Indications in the history of bronchial asthma, provoked by the intake of acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Side effect

When using the drug at the recommended dose, no cases of overdose were reported.
Interaction with other drugs
The drug causes flushing of the skin and reflexively enhances blood circulation in the subcutaneous tissue, and therefore, combined use with other drugs of local action can lead to an increase in their absorption. The use of large amounts can increase the toxicity of methotrexate and reduce the therapeutic effect of hypoglycemic agents. Do not use the drug with oral anticoagulants.
special instructions
After using the drug, you must wash your hands thoroughly. Avoid contact with the ointment in the eyes, on mucous membranes and on damaged skin. If the ointment gets into the eyes or mucous membranes, rinse them with plenty of water.
Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms
There is no information on the possible effect of the drug on the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities requiring increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (including driving, working with moving mechanisms).
