DESCRIPTION

Rodenticidal agent Russian trap with fish flavor - ready to use, rodenticidal agent, in the form of a doughy paste of blue or red color. The product is intended for the destruction of rats (gray, black and water) and house mice by personnel of organizations authorized to engage in disinfection activities.

COMPOSITION

Contains as active ingredient brodifacum -0,005%, as well as red or blue dye, food base and bitrex (bitter component), which protects baits from being eaten by birds and reduces the risk of accidental poisoning of people and non-target species of animals.

PROPERTIES

The agent has a high rodenticidal activity for rats and mice: the eatability of the bait is 35.9% of the daily diet of rats and 51.9% of mice. The death of animals, equal to 100%, occurs on days 5-8 (6.3 days on average) in rats and on 4-8 (7 days on average) in mice.

According to the parameters of acute toxicity when administered into the stomach of rats and mice, the Russian trap-rodenticide agent belongs to the 4th class of low-hazard substances according to the Classification of toxicity and hazard of rodenticidoa; has a pronounced cumulative effect when administered into the stomach. It is characterized by a lack of species sensitivity. Based on the type of the formulation, the agent does not pose a hazard during inhalation and resorption through the skin. There was no local irritating effect on the skin and mucous membranes of the eyes.

SHOE of the active substance - brodifacum in the air of the working area - 0.001 mg / m3 (aerosol) 1 hazard class (its content in the product is 0.005%).

PURPOSE

The product is intended for the destruction of rats (gray, black and water) and house mice by the personnel of organizations entitled to engage in disinfection activities, and the population in everyday life in residential and non-residential premises, in the adjacent territories, in underground structures, basements, cellars, sewer networks.

MODE OF APPLICATION

The bait is placed in places where traces of the vital activity of rodents (gnaws, droppings) are found: on the paths of movement, along walls, partitions, near holes. Place the bait in dry places under shelters (cabinets, equipment, etc.) in adapted containers (bait boxes, drainage pipes, trays, boxes, etc.) or in special containers, the latter is preferable because increase the eatability of the product, preventing it from being taken away by rodents, and also complicate access to the bait for non-target species of animals.

The bait is laid out at 30-50 g for rats and 10-20 g for mice. If this amount is eaten, then it turns out to be enough for the death of rodents, because brodifacum, unlike other analogues, has not only an anticoagulant effect, but exhibits the properties of an acute poison.

The distance between the bait placement points is 2-15m, depending on the number of rodents.

The laid out bait is inspected for the first 1-2 days after the layout, and then with an interval of 1 week, the portions eaten are replaced with new ones, and those untouched by rats or mice are transferred to other places visited by rodents for more than a week.

Contaminated or spoiled bait is replaced with a new one. The work is carried out until the disappearance of rodents.

The bait can be left for a longer period in areas that are favorable for the habitat and movement of rodents, or in order to prevent colonization of objects during the period of expected growth in numbers. In this case, observations must be carried out at least 2 times a month.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

Storage should be carried out in a dry covered warehouse in a closed container at a temperature of -20 to + 40 В° C, separately from feed and fodder. Shelf life 3 years in unopened manufacturer's packaging.
