pharmachologic effect
Combined drug used for colds.
Paracetamol has antipyretic and analgesic effects.
Phenylephrine has a vasoconstrictor effect, helping to relieve nasal congestion and reduce nasal discharge.
Chlorphenamine has antiallergic and decongestant effects.
Reduces vascular permeability, eliminates swelling and hyperemia of the nasal mucosa, suppresses the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, making breathing easier.
Caffeine has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system, which leads to a decrease in fatigue and drowsiness, and an increase in mental and physical performance.

Dosage regimen
The drug is administered orally
Adults - 1-2 tab.
every 4-6 hours. The maximum daily dose is 8 tab.
Children over 6 years old - 1 tab.
every 4-6 hours, but no more than 4 times / day for no more than 5 days.
Overdose
Symptoms are mainly due to the action of paracetamol: pallor of the skin, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, hepatonecrosis, increased activity of hepatic transaminases, and an increase in prothrombin time are possible.
Treatment: gastric lavage followed by the appointment of activated charcoal, symptomatic therapy
The patient should be warned about the need to consult a doctor in case of overdose.
Side effect
