Colds, accompanied by a runny nose, a feeling of nasal congestion, headache, fever, chills, joint and muscle pain.
Inside. Adults - 1Ц2 table. every 4-6 hours. The maximum daily dose is 8 tablets. Children over 6 years old - 1 table. every 4-6 hours, but no more than 4 times a day for no more than 5 days.

Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, magnesium stearate, talc, sodium starch glycolate, gelatin, polyvinylpyrrolidone, methylparaben, propylparaben.
Pregnancy;
lactation period (breastfeeding);
children under 6 years of age;
concomitant use of tricyclic antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, beta-blockers;
simultaneous administration of other drugs containing active substances that make up Rinikold;
hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
The drug should be prescribed with caution in case of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, blood diseases, renal and / or liver failure, angle-closure glaucoma, prostate adenoma, Gilbert's syndrome, arterial hypertension, thyroid diseases, diabetes mellitus, bronchial asthma.
pharmachologic effect
Combined drug used for colds. Paracetamol has antipyretic and analgesic effects. Phenylephrine has a vasoconstrictor effect, helping to eliminate nasal congestion and reduce nasal discharge. Chlorphenamine has anti-allergic and anti-edema properties. Reduces vascular permeability, eliminates swelling and hyperemia of the nasal mucosa, suppresses the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, making breathing easier. Caffeine has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system, which leads to a decrease in fatigue and drowsiness, and an increase in mental and physical performance.
Side effect
From the side of the central nervous system: dizziness, sleep disturbances, irritability, headache.
From the digestive system: nausea, dry mouth.
Others: allergic reactions.
When taking the drug in the recommended doses, side effects are rare.
Application during pregnancy and lactation
The drug is contraindicated for use during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).
Application for violations of liver function
Care should be taken to prescribe the drug for liver failure, Gilbert's syndrome.
Application for impaired renal function
The drug should be prescribed with caution in renal failure.
Application in children
Children over 6 years old - 1 tab. every 4-6 hours, but no more than 4 times / day for no more than 5 days.
The drug is contraindicated in children under 6 years of age.

During the period of treatment, you should refrain from drinking alcohol.
Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms
It should be used with caution in patients who perform work that requires increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
Overdose
Symptoms are mainly due to the action of paracetamol: pallor of the skin, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, hepatonecrosis, increased activity of hepatic transaminases, and an increase in prothrombin time are possible.
Treatment: gastric lavage followed by the appointment of activated carbon, symptomatic therapy.
The patient should be warned about the need to consult a doctor in case of overdose.
Drug interactions
The drug enhances the effect of sedatives, ethanol.
Combined use with antidepressants, antiparkinsonian drugs, antipsychotics, phenothiazine derivatives (chlorpromazine, trifluoperazine, levomepromazine) increases the risk of urinary retention, dry mouth, constipation.
With simultaneous use with GCS, the risk of developing glaucoma increases.
Chlorphenamine when used simultaneously with MAO inhibitors, furazolidone can lead to hypertensive crisis, agitation.
Tricyclic antidepressants enhance the sympathomimetic effect of the drug, the simultaneous administration of halothane increases the risk of ventricular arrhythmias. Reduces the hypotensive effect of guanethidine, which, in turn, enhances the alpha-adrenostimulating activity of phenylephrine.
