DESCRIPTION

Reparin-Helper is a veterinary preparation for stimulating regeneration in the treatment of skin lesions and inflammations in dogs and cats, as well as in cattle, horses and pigs, topically or topically. In appearance, Reparin-Helper is an odorless liquid from yellowish to pinkish color.

COMPOSITION

Contains as an active ingredient a complex of proteins produced by mesenchymal stem cells D-SCR05 with a total protein content of 0.5 В± 0.05 mg / ml and a content of VEGF and GRO-KC cytokines of at least 100 pg / ml, and as auxiliary substances: benzalkonium chloride, Triton X-100 and purified water.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Reparin-Helper belongs to the group of regenerants and reparants.

The active ingredient of the Reparin-Helper drug is a complex of regulatory proteins, including cytokines produced by mesenchymal cells. The drug does not contain cells.

When applied to damaged skin, muscle tissue, serous and mucous membranes of animals, Reparin-Helper stimulates regeneration, regulates the inflammatory response and has an immunomodulatory effect.

Reparin-Helper, according to the degree of impact on the body, belongs to low-hazard substances (hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007). Reparin-Helper has no mutagenic, embryotoxic, teratogenic, locally irritating, sensitizing or cumulative effects.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

Reparin-Helper is used in dogs and cats, as well as in cattle, horses and pigs, externally or locally to stimulate regeneration in the treatment of lesions and inflammatory processes of the skin, serous and mucous membranes of various etiologies, including: eye diseases (including keratitis, conjunctivitis, uveitis); diseases of the mouth and nose (including stomatitis, gingivitis, periodontitis, rhinitis, sinusitis); wounds, burns, ulcers, bites, irritations, cracks, frostbite, bedsores; postoperative surgical wounds.

The use of Reparin-Helper increases the effectiveness and reduces the duration of treatment, as well as prevents the development of complications.

To achieve the effect, it is necessary to ensure contact between the drug and the affected tissue. Before using the drug Reparin-Helper, it is recommended to clean the area of ​​damage, since scab, pus, wound exudate, dead tissue can prevent the penetration of the drug.

The dose of the drug depends on the type of animal and the area of ​​the affected surface.

Recommendations for use:

Eye disease treatment Reparin-Helper is instilled into the affected eye 1-3 times a day, 4-12 drops (depending on the type of animal) for 3-14 days.

Treatment of diseases of the mouth and / or nose Reparin-HelperВ® is applied to damaged gums or instilled into the nose 1-3 times a day for 3-6 drops or by pressing the spray head 1-3 times (irrigation) for 3-14 days. For the treatment of stomatitis, gingivitis or periodontitis, the affected gums are irrigated with the Reparin-Helper preparation 1-3 times a day, 5-20 drops each, or by pressing the spray head 3-1O times for 7-30 days.

Treatment of skin damage and wounds of various etiologies Reparin-Helper is used 2-4 times a day for 3-14 days. Recommended about 15-0.3 ml (3-6 drops / 1-3 times pressing the spray head) for every 1-2 cm2 of the affected area. Reparin-Helper is also used as an imposition of a sterile napkin moistened with the drug.

Eye disease treatment Reparin-Helper is instilled into the affected eye 1-3 times a day, 4-12 drops (depending on the type of animal) for 3-14 days. With abscesses, phlegmon, fistulas, the drug is administered using a drainage system.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

No special precautions are required when using the drug. People with hypersensitivity to the components of Reparin-Helper should avoid direct contact with the drug.

There are no restrictions on the use in pregnant animals, in animals during lactation and in the offspring of animals.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Contraindication to the use of Reparin-Helper is an increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.

SIDE EFFECTS

There were no side effects, complications or allergic reactions when using the drug Reparin-Helper in accordance with this instruction. In the event of allergic reactions, the use of the drug is discontinued and, if necessary, desensitizing therapy is performed.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

The shelf life of the medicinal product, subject to storage conditions in the manufacturer's sealed packaging, is 18 months from the date of production. After the first opening, the drug should be used within 15 days. Do not use the drug after the expiration date.

Reparin-Helper should be stored in closed manufacturer's packaging, separately from food and feed, in a place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature of 2 В° C to 8 В° C. Transportation is allowed at temperatures up to 23 В° C for 14 days.

PACKAGING
