For symptomatic treatment:
external and internal hemorrhoids;
cracks in the anus;
anal itching.
The drug should be used after hygiene procedures.
Rectally 1 suppository in the morning, at night and after each bowel movement up to 4 times / day.
phenylephrine hydrochloride - 5 mg
Excipients : cocoa bean butter - 1770 mg, corn starch - 224.2 mg, methyl parahydroxybenzoate - 0.4 mg, propyl parahydroxybenzoate - 0.4 mg.
hypersensitivity to drug components;
thromboembolic disease;
granulocytopenia;
children under 12 years of age.
With care: arterial hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, urinary retention (prostatic hypertrophy), pregnancy, lactation.

pharmachologic effect
Antihemorrhoidal drug. Phenylephrine hydrochloride is an alpha-adrenergic agonist, has a local vasoconstrictor effect, which helps to reduce exudation, tissue swelling, itching in the anorectal region.

Should not be used in conjunction with antihypertensive drugs and MAO inhibitors.
Drug interactions
Due to the phenylephrine contained, the effect of antihypertensive drugs is reduced.
With simultaneous administration with antidepressants - MAO inhibitors, the development of a hypertensive crisis is possible.

The drug should be stored out of the reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 25 ? C.
