Silymar - hepatoprotective drug of plant origin.
Has hepatoprotective and antitoxic effects. The therapeutic effect is due to the effect on the metabolism of hepatocytes. It activates the synthesis of proteins and enzymes in hepatocytes, has a stabilizing effect on the hepatocyte membrane, inhibits the penetration of toxins into liver cells, inhibits dystrophic and potentiates regenerative processes in the liver.

cirrhosis of the liver (as part of complex therapy)
condition after hepatitis
for the prevention of chronic intoxication (including professional), prolonged use of drugs and alcohol.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
It is not recommended to prescribe the drug during pregnancy and during lactation (breastfeeding).

Pediatric use
It is not recommended to prescribe the drug to children under 12 years of age.

1 tablet contains:
Active substances: Milk thistle fruit extract - 100 mg.
Excipients: lactose, potato starch, magnesium stearate.
Dosage and administration
Assign inside adults 1-2 tablets. 3 times / day The course of treatment is 25-30 days. If necessary, the course is repeated after 1-3 months.
The drug is taken 30 minutes before a meal.
